This spectacular vacation property is located on the east end of the Island of St. Croix, the most desirable part of the Island.  Views of downtown Christiansted, Buck Island, St. Thomas, and Virgin Gorda. This property sits high in the neighborhood of Seven Hills offering breathtaking views that are some of the Island's BEST.
Nothing has been overlooked in this perfectly appointed Villa.


Jaw dropping views all the way around, inside and out! Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay in St Croix! You will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, pool, and beach supplies, i.e. Beach Chairs, Towels, Umbrellas, and even a SUP board! Bluetooth speakers are available upon request. High-end linens throughout the property.

The bedrooms easily accommodate 6 but using a sleeper sofa/rollaway the home can accommodate up to 8 with additional fees. The furnishings and decor are pristine and the house is newly renovated.It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in a private setting. Newly installed UV filters provide safe drinking water.

A quick 4.6-mile drive to Downtown Christiansted and The famous boardwalk that is perfect for dining and people watching.

Vista Del Mar Villa
This home has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. An entertainer's dream! Enjoys and drinks and snacks at the pass-through Kitchen Window Bar. Perfect for relaxing poolside. The King size master bedroom is located upstairs, which is the entry-level and main floor and has a Tempurpedic Adjustable mattress. Smart TV's in the master bedroom and main floor living area. Extra amenities everywhere including a Sonic Ice Machine and Margarita machine.

Floating stairs bring your downstairs where 2 bedrooms and a living area boast sunsets views as well. The king-size and queen-size bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. A sofa in the downstairs living area has queen size sleeper sofa. Four additional roll-away beds are available if needed (upon approval). Completely remodeled downstairs kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, plus full-size dining room table.  Downstairs has its own newly landscaped lawn and garden area. Full sliding windows open to a private furnished balcony with amazing views of Buck Island.

Tropical beauty abounds this property with lush native landscaping. Luxurious outdoor seating throughout the property. High atop Seven Hills allows for incredible views breezes and utterly relaxing opportunities to sip your coffee or enjoy a cocktail as you watch boats sail by.

The property manager/owner is available on site to assist with special requests or needs. The property manager stays in the cottage on site, which faces away from the main house, to protect and respect your privacy. I am available to ensure a great stay and an excellent guest experience and you will not see me unless you need my assistance. I am available for concierge services. Your privacy is of the highest importance, however, there are portions of the pool which fall within the coverage area of a few of these cameras.

- outside the kitchen door which has an obstructed view of a portion of the pool area
- above the front door which has an obstructed view of a portion of the pool area and a
view of the walkway to the front door
- above the downstairs deck which covers the downstairs patio entrance.

The Perfect Oasis

Our stay at Vista del Mar in St. Croix was nothing short of spectacular, deserving a glowing 5-star review! From the moment of inquiry about the property until our departure, Laura went above and beyond in her hospitality. Great week at STX

This is a top of the line property. Excellent views, condition and overall set up/layout. I would describe this property as "Extra" as the host has been incredibly thoughtful about what a family on vacation needs and wants. We spent several days at the house (pool days) and several days exploring the island. The host has everything you need for a day around the pool or to go to the beach (coolers, tumblers, towels, chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas). Kitchen is professional grade stocked with everything you need/want. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at hands down!

Best Family Vacation Ever

Laura’s hospitality and property go above and beyond! The home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. She has thought of everything to make a trip to St Croix the best. The best vacation of our lives

The house is immaculate and exactly as depicted. The views are stunning and Laura was a truly incredible host. We stayed the entire week of Thanksgiving and had cooking obligations for dinner. The house lacked absolutely nothing- fully stocked with every utensil possible which made cooking several dishes a breeze. Laura is so hands on and attentive is an understatement. She thought of everything, high end furniture, bug spray, blue tooth speakers, Margaritaville drink mixer! The 270° views were bar none. We won’t stay anywhere else on St. Croix. 10/10 stars!

Amazing Golden Girl Trip in Awesome Villa

My days and hours spent pouring over every detail in all available villas in St. Croix were well spent as I'm convinced that we couldn't have found a more amazing place on the entire island! I'll admit that I am very particular to every item which includes great outdoor furnishings (as well as indoors), comfortable bedding and fully stocked kitchens and I was NOT disappointed with Vista del Mar! The 180 views were beyond spectacular from sunrise to sunset and the gorgeous landscaped yard provided privacy along with a tropical feel. The bedding was divine, I've even ordered some for my home now. The adjustable beds were an extra too! Well stocked in everything you need for an island vacation, down to boogie boards, coolers and water shoes. The owner Laura went out of her way to make sure we had every comfort and even offered to come home to help us one day when we found out we had a flat tire in her driveway! Thankfully the car rental place took care of it for us but she was ready to assist. The covered outdoor kitchen, the adirondacks around the firepit . . .If you're looking for every comfort THIS IS THE PLACE.

Annual Couples Trip (Family) - Simply the BEST!

Vista Del Mar is an extraordinary Villa on an amazing island with an EXCEPTIONAL Host/Owner! Our group consisted of three couples- (family) that travel annually together. We have extremely high standards/expectations and we thoroughly research each of the properties/locations. Laura met us nearby and we followed her to the property. The property description was spot on and couldn’t have been any more accurate and the views are incredibly beautiful. I have to say that we were truly blessed to find this location! Laura is the Host with the Most! She is extremely attentive and considerate. She is available to answer any questions, provide recommendations on anything we need, and is even willing to take care of the shopping if needed. High-end EVERYTHING for this home. EVERYTHING you need and the kitchen… WOW (for those fellow cooks) it was amazing from the W&S plates to every small appliance (air fryer, blenders, slow cooker, etc.) The thought that Laura put into guests' needs and their overall experience is amazing. She thought of everything. The house was spotless and again even more beautiful in person (how can that be, right??). The fact that each bedroom had an ensuite was perfect! All in all, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return! Laura, you and your home were the highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to see you again VERY SOON! Your Own Private Boutique Hotel

After over a quarter century of world travels, we have found the finest accommodations atop a hillside in St. Croix. It's hard to find enough superlatives to describe Vista Del Mar. The renovated property is drop dead gorgeous. The view is spectacular! If you have been to STX before, after one time driving up the hill (preferably in a 4WD vehicle) and you will be fine. Prepare to be wowed by the view, the decor, the linens and furnishings, the well equipped kitchen, the pool with a beautiful fountain, and the expansive outdoor spaces including an outdoor kitchen with covered dining table and a fire circle. The house was perfect for two couples, with one couple upstairs in the primary suite and the other downstairs with a kitchenette and lounging space, as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms. Laura has pulled together beautiful furnishings and decor to create a unified look that is a serene and elegant "seaside chic" incorporating quiet creams, whites, and greys, with accents of blue, silver and gold. The super comfy sofas in the main living area are great for reading or watching a movie on the large TV. We respected Laura's request that no food or bevvies be consumed on the white furniture, and for this reason and also the open staircase and pool close to the house, I would think people with small children, or rowdy teens (or adults!) might look elsewhere for a place if the aesthetics aren't so important. But if you appreciate great decor and homey comforts on vacation, this is the place for you. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we've ever stayed, so much so that one of us baked fresh bread everyday. We used the kitchen a lot to prepare fresh soups and salads for al fresco lunches, and a NYE dinner. Location is convenient to Christiansted, east side beaches and restaurants, though the house exerts a strong gravitational pull that led us to stay in two other nights for casual meals/carryout pizza, which is something we haven't done so much on past visits. The house is well stocked with pool and beach towels, and has the cleanest most well organized "beach closet" we have ever seen, with nice chairs, beach toys, and a variety of water shoes. Laura is a friendly and attentive host, but not at all intrusive. If you have the good luck to encounter her charming pup, Annabelle, you can get a little "dog fix" if you're missing your own best friend. Truly a wonderful place! We're hoping to return someday.

Wow! Just wow!!! Words and pictures do not accurately portray just have spectacular the views are from this beautiful home. Perched so high on the hill the views are breathtaking. The home is immaculate with all conveniences you could ever wish for. Laura, the owner/host is amazing! She will give you all the privacy you need and then all the help you need should you want it. Best Experience Ever

First of all Laura was a dream host. She was very attentive and found out it was my birthday and even baked me a chocolate cake which was delicious. The home description and pics online really doesn't do this home justice. I travel back to St. Croix pretty much every year and I must say that this home was perfect. From the curb appeal to to the outdoor kitchen to the little amenities and touches. It was perfect. And not to mention the best views we have had on the island. Our little visitor Lily (Laura's teacup poodle) was an adorable surprise to our stay. Laura did a great job designing and decorating. Will be returning for sure.

Another lovely stay at our own private resort

This was our second stay at Vista Del Mar, and it was just as lovely as the first. The house is beautiful, bright, well maintained and with spectacular views and amenities (pool, firepit, decks, outdoor dining spot and grill). Lots of beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. to help explore the island. One of us was sick with probable flu while there and Laura provided a little basket of helpful things like pain reliever, mouthwash, essential oils (for sinus congestion), and the like that helped us through the very inconveniently timed illness. Though I guess I'd rather let the sun and sea air help with recuperation than the dismal snow/rain/grey skies of home! Laura is very easy to get hold of and helpful in answering any questions, but not intrusive in the slightest. A perfectly charming host!

Breath taking amazing

From the moment we walked in, the views and amenities were amazing! We were so impressed by the online pictures but nothing compared to the actual vista from all the rooms and outdoor spaces. Laura is the best host and so accommodating. She has thought of everything. The furniture is so clean and comfortable. The kitchen and pantry so well appointed that Gordon Ramsey couldn’t get upset. Beds were comfortable and left us well rested for the next day’s adventure. We could see the sunrise peaking over the hill and sunsets were spectacular. Outdoor dining and kitchen a perfect extension to the wow of the indoors. We can’t wait to book again!!!

Nothing short of Amazing!

We spent a week at the property and were absolutely WOWed from the moment we arrived until the sad day of departure. The host was so helpful and personable. She often went the extra mile and was happy to do what ever she could to make our stay at her home, and on the island in general, great. She was available and present but was never intrusive. She is great! The home was beyond beautiful! Laura has done an amazing job from the kitchen and shared areas to each of the bedroom suites. The pictures in the listing only capture a portion of all we found—personal robes, slippers, bathroom products beyond the usual, soft ice machine, wine cooler and so much more! Everything was comfortable, well thought out, and well cared for. The pool, cabana, and fire pit we also great! The garden is breath taking as are the views from just about everywhere inside and outside of the house. We had an amazing trip and would surely book this home again without hesitation and would reccomend it 100% to anyone considering staying here. I would say to rent a jeep, the hills are beautiful but may not be well suited for a sedan travel!

Incredible View and Home

Vista del Mar is truly an exceptional vacation home. The house is tastefully decorated, outfitted with anything you could want or need, elegant yet comfortable, and the views are spectacular. One clear day we saw St. Thomas, St. John's and some BVIs. The outside pool, patio, fire pit and outdoor kitchen areas made it easy to relax and find privacy, even with a big family group. The location on St. Croix is above it all and still close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping and charter boats. Laura is a fantastic host, unobtrusive and yet available to help out as needed, from house info to restaurant and excursion intel. If you're going to St. Croix, this is a great choice for accommodation.

Absolutely the best VRBO ever!!

Laura’s place is nothing short of amazing. She thinks through all of the extra special details like the welcome drink and the robes and slippers and down to the logistics like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soap, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher tabs, etc. You will want for nothing! Check in was great, as Laura met us near the home and led us up the hill to the place. She gave us amazing food recommendations and we enjoyed everything: The pool and outdoor areas are amazing - tons of place to sit and tools for an outdoor BBQ around the fire pit. And the views - literally amazing! You cannot beat this place. If for some reason you’re on the fence, you should absolutely book this without any hesitation. When we return to STX we won’t stay anywhere else! The pictures truly don’t do the place justice! Thank you, Laura! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Laura was responsive throughout our pre-arrival timeframe, sending helpful information & recommendations (which were spot-on, every time, in every category). When we arrived, Laura was warm & welcoming, giving us a tour of the house, tips on how to get around & more recommendations. The house was filled w/thoughtful touches to make our stay easier & more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked w/everything we could possibly need. The house itself was extremely clean & comfortable, w/strong, reliable WiFi, & the ability to open up the sliding doors & pass-through windows in the kitchen, creating a constant cross breeze & the perfect open air environment. You can stand anywhere on the property, or in the house, & have gorgeous water views, or turn your back to the water & enjoy equally gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The large outdoor space & deck areas provide a great balance of sun or shade, depending on your preference & the time of day. Laura has carefully & lovingly curated every small detail of this home & property to provide comfort, ease & an upscale getaway experience. She was an amazing hostess, remaining easy to reach & extremely responsive throughout our stay, while always making us feel like we were staying w/a friend. This is a truly special place – the kind of place you don’t want to leave when the end of your stay arrives. We can’t thank you enough for hosting our family at Vista Del Mar. We had an incredible time & definitely plan to return!

Amazing Property

Vista Del Mar is a special place on a beautiful island. We were three couples on a first trip to St. Croix. This turned out to be the perfect property for us. We had very high expectations based on the reviews and this property managed to exceed our expectations. The location has spectacular views of Christiansted and Buck Island (spectacular day and night). There is a beautifully landscaped yard with a refreshing pool, relaxing gas firepit, and a great outdoor kitchen/dining area. There are several decks on the property, with very nice furniture, that also provide great views. The house is exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, including high-end appliances and a soft ice machine. The three bedrooms, each with a beautiful en suite bathroom, were perfect for three couples. It was also nice to have beach chairs, towels, coolers, sand shoes, etc. available to explore the great beaches. The bottom line is that Laura has demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and had very good experiences, but nothing quite like this. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your beautiful home and for your unforgettable hospitality!

First and foremost on behalf of the Fabulous Five we want to say “ Thank You” to the owner of this beautiful villa. Laura welcomed us with open arms from the time we arrived at the airport and escorted us to the property. The pictures on the website are exactly what the property looks like on the inside. I came to St Croix in 2019 on vacation and never wanted to leave! I bought this home knowing the potential it had to be stunning! I require all guests that book with me to have at least two 5-star ratings with VRBO.

Why they chose this property

The views, the style, the decor, the pool, the attention to detail will have you wanting to come back ! It's just a drive down the hilltop the closest beach and short drives to many uncrowded beaches all over this island. You are up in the quiet but minutes away from the action of downtown.
