Renardière: The studio is located on the ground floor of the residence and comprises:

- an entrance hall with storage,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a living room with a 140cm pull-out sofa bed, a single bed on a mezzanine above the sofa bed, and a television,
- a kitchen equipped with two electric hobs, a small refrigerator, a microwave/grill, and a filter coffee maker.
