* Bathroom: toilet, shower, vanity unit with 2 drawers, mirrored cabinet, shelf, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes rack, ladder

* Living area: very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (recent), XL flat-screen TV, nesting tables, cupboards and small wardrobe, iron and ironing board, fans and PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER

Le pire n'est jamais décevant

J'ai loué cet pour ma mère 84 ans, atteinte d'une leucémie chronique, d'une ostéoporose etc l'annonce disait que draps et serviettes étaient fournis, que le bien était climatisé et jouissait d'une vue plage. J'ai donc réservé Puis entré en contact avec la propriétaire qui m'a demandé de signer un contrat et de verser une caution c'est la première fois que j'entends parler d'un contrat de location pour une location courte durée sur une plateforme comme la votre. j'ai discuté avec Monique de son annonce ou j'avais noté , draps et serviettes fournis, et qu'ailleurs, draps et serviettes étaient louables. elle a corrigé son erreur et ma mère à amené ses draps et ses serviettes. Or, arrivés dans l'appartement, nous nous sommes rendu compte que celui-ci n’était pas CLIMATISÉ comme spécifié dans l'annonce, mais équipé d'un rafraîchisseur d'air sur roulette. Si cette information avait été spécifiée sur l'annonce, nous n'aurions jamais réservé, ma mère et ses pathologies ne supporte pas la chaleur. Quand à la vue plage...inexistante. Certes une petite ligne dans le contrat qui m'aura échappée fait état d'une clim portable, mais l'annonce spécifiait bien "appartement climatisé" Mécontent, j'ai demandé un remboursement de 50% pour publicité mensongère et n'ai obtenu aucune réponse de la propriétaire. Je vais maintenant déposer un recours auprès de Abritel Je dispose des copies écran confirmant mes dires et avant que Monique ne fasse des modifications
