* Kitchenette: 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, small refrigerator, multi-function oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, contemporary white and/or blue dishes

* Bathroom: toilet, shower, vanity unit with 2 drawers, mirrored cabinet, shelf, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes rack, ladder

* Living area: very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (recent), XL flat-screen TV, nesting tables, cupboards and small wardrobe, iron and ironing board, fans and PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER

* Small sleeping area: fold-down single bed
