Roomy and clean house. We overall enjoyed the house and the location was convenient for getting to different locations in Miami (Zoo, Beaches, keys). Our only issue was the mattresses, they are uncomfortable and in need of replacement, hence 4 stars. To be fair we’re use to sleeping on foam mattresses and these are all spring ones. Kids loved the pool and the yard. Host was easy to communicate with.

Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our 1 week stay. The property is beautiful and clean. My kids loved the pool. I literally have no complaints. 10/10.

Upon arrival the property’s grass was very high. It was corrected within 2 days. The refrigerator was not functioning properly from day 1 (a Wednesday) and was not fixed until it was replaced on Monday. Host stated he could not get anyone out over the weekend. The air was going as high as 83 and we notified the host immediately by day two of the issues / the host could monitor the air from his location and because the air went into temp he canceled the call even though the temp still went right back up that same day to 81-83 degrees. The entire stay the air was out of temp and the unit was throwing codes and error messages. We purchased our own fans for the unit to help stay comfortable. The host stated that it was very hot outside (90ish degree temps) which was his excuse for why the air wasn’t functioning properly, that truly isn’t an adequate response given that this area has high heat often. The host was very responsive in the beginning then slowly responded hours and hours later. The refund offered was very minimal and didn’t cover the inconveniences caused, nor the lost food. All in all it is a beautiful property and the location was great for our purposes! Hopefully the host fixed the air unit and his attitude and this will be a lovely property.

Wow. What can we say about this place. Absolutely outstanding. The location, 30 min uber back into miami and south beach area, perfect. Walgreen shop within 15 minute walking distance. Spot on. We were 5 Scotland football fans here for the world cup. And this house was brilliant. Swimming pool. BBQ. Air conditioning, definitely needed, lovely big lounge area and kitchen. Everything ticked every box for us.The top gun range is a must for anybody looking to try that out.We would highly recommend and certainly, if ever in the area again use this house. Communication from the host was excellent and the check in process was easy.5 stars for sure.

Das Haus ist sehr toll, riesengroß und schön eingerichtet. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist auch nicht mehr sonderlich modern, allerdings funktionell und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Der Garten war schön und wir haben den Pool gerne und oft genutzt. Die Wohngegend ist außerhalb der Großstadt, im typischen Flair, wie man es sich in den USA vorstellt. Das Grundstück liegt direkt hinter der Schallschutzmauer des Florida Turnpike, je nach Tageszeit ist der Verkehr auf der anderen Seite der Mauer schon zu hören, aber das hat mich in der Zeit des Urlaubs nicht gestört.

Fabulous Home

This home was fabulous. It was nicely cleaned when we arrived. It has everything you need. The only recommendation is a new grill. Otherwise the backyard, the pool and the home overall was great! Our flight was canceled and the owner let us extend another day. Communication was easy and great! I would highly recommend!!
