Very convenient 1 level condo. Had everything we needed and the owner/manager was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend this cute, reasonably priced option to friends and clients 😊

Great Place to Stay

Very clean and accommodating. Had a binder to list out some great spots to eat that I took advantage of. Overall, a great place to stay for a great price.

Comfortable!

Overall, very happy with this condo, had everything we needed. Good communication with Robert. Easy check-in. Would definitely stay here again! Construction around the area was bad.

We are both Colorado Natives and with so much to offer year round here in Colorado, it's exciting to be able to provide a great experience for our guests. Why they chose this property

Property in Colorado is very hard to come by because of low inventories and very high demand. We found this condo and it was in terrible shape. The previous owner smoked in the unit had birds and this place was a complete wreck. We sealed and painted all the walls and ceilings with, replaced almost all of the flooring and will continue to work on it as I go. We have plans of doing remodels on both the kitchen and bathrooms. It's cute the way it is now, and will continue to get cuter as time goes on.

What makes this property unique

The Rock Island Trail system is a block away from this condo and has very wide pathway great for biking, running, walking or what we use it for is, Electric Scooters. The trip over to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline and the base of Pikes Peak are all about 10 miles away. Also the highway to the major ski areas is much better from The Springs than it is from Denver by a long shot!
