The cottage "La Deymie" is located in the heart of Causse Corrézien, at the crossroads of Limousin, Quercy, Périgord, the Dordogne Valley and close to major tourist sites such as Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Rocamadour. It is an old independent restored barn, located in the village on a closed plot of 960 m2, close to Collonges-la-Rouge.
Accommodation: The house is composed on the ground floor: a modern integrated kitchen, a large living room, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom, a toilet and a large garage; and on the first floor of 3 bedrooms (one with 2 beds in 90, and two with each 1 bed in 140), and a separate toilet. Outside, in front of the house you will find a large shaded terrace (tree,store and umbrellas) followed by a park to relax and play with the children. Private swimming pool (dimensions 8mx4m - depth 0.70 to 1.60m, secured by a roller shutter) equipped with beach and shower, sunbathing, parasols, chairs and tables. Garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha.
