Our home is located just 5 minutes from DT and features 3 cozy bedrooms, outdoor dining space, grill, hot tub, a retro Ms. Pac Man arcade game, secure bike storage, and a bike wash station. Get ready to experience Bentonville's best attractions in and out of the saddle at The Coler House!

Step into our cozy home away from home, located in the heart of Bentonville just a few pedals away from the Coler MTB Trail. When you're out of the saddle, relax in our spacious living room - complete with a plush sectional, large windows, a 65" Smart TV, and a retro Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. Entertain your crew in our fully-stocked kitchen, complete with a bar top and the essentials you need to create your favorite meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find our dining table with plenty of seating for your crew to enjoy a family-style meal alongside a giant map of the Coler MTB trail. 

Choose from one of our 3 cozy bedrooms - (1) Large master bedroom with a plush King-size bed, 55" Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet. (2) King-size bedroom with a large dresser and spacious closet (3) Queen-size bedroom with spacious closet. All of our bedrooms are stocked with luxe bedding and linens for your stay.

At the end of an adventure-packed day, you can look forward to unwinding in our outdoor living space, complete with a fully fenced-in yard, outdoor dining, a gas-powered grill, and a large hot tub spa that seats 6!

★ 5-minute drive to DT Bentonville & the Bentonville square
★ Hot tub is currently not available for guests.
★ Finished garage with bike racks for secure bike storage - There is no parking in the garage as this is an extra storage and hangout space for guests.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice and payment of the pet fee will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
