About this property

Our beautiful holiday home Strandperle is a modern, Danish semi-detached house in the newly built Strandpark Lübecker Bucht in Sierksdorf.
It has 84 sqm on 3 levels and therefore offers space for up to 6 people. At every level you can enjoy the sea view in this house!
Now completely new: free WiFi !!!!
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer and a washing machine. Likewise a bathroom with sauna and shower. The cozy dining and The living area has a large dining table, a pretty corner corner with LCD flat screen TV, DVD and CD player and a fireplace, which not only ensures rest and relaxation in winter.
On the first floor there is a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds put together.
There are also two single beds in the attic.
Other equipment:
Underfloor heating, wooden terrace, kettle grill, parking space.

The house is a non-smoking house!

Pets are welcome.

The Hansapark is in the immediate vicinity (with its own crossing in about 150m from the house) and is always a great attraction for young and old.

The steep coast, with a smooth transition to the newly created beach promenade, offer countless opportunities to make your holiday versatile!

Schöne Anlage, aber tote Hose

Sehr gut für Familien, viel Außenplatz, viele wilde Kaninchen auf der Anlage (überall Köttel, was das Toben für die Kids leider beeinträchtigt hat) Hundestrand ist sehr klein, steinig und ungepflegt. Gleich danach ist die Steilküste mit wildem Strand. Im Wasser sind viele Algen.Die Geräusche vom Hansapark beeinträchtigten das Verhalten unserer Hunde Es gibt eine Beachbar, einen kleinen Spielplatz, eine Minigolfanlage und ein Restaurant. Ratsam sind Ausflüge nach Scharbeutz, Neustadt und Grömitz. Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen oder extra bestellen. Gewürze sind größtenteils vorhanden, auch Filtertüten. Leider gab es auch viele Ameisen in der Küche.

Gepflegte Doppelhaushälfte für einen angenehmen Urlaub mit der Familie

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Ferienhauspark direkt neben dem Hansapark an der Ostsee. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte, die in 2. Reihe zur Ostsee gelegen ist. Die Vermietungsagentur war trotz Wegbeschreibung anfangs schwer zu finden. Es waren dort aber alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Strand erreicht man zufuß in ca. 5 Minuten. Das Haus war gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet (moderner Landhausstil) und alles vorhanden, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde nach Reklamation noch am selben Tag durch eine neue ersetzt. Der Herdofen ist der Hit, er heizt unheimlich schnell vor und wird superheiß, so dass im Ofen zubereitete Gerichte auch am Ferienort gelingen. Sehr gut war zudem, dass es zwei Bäder (eins im EG, eins im 1. Stock) gab, die wir (zwei befreundete Paare) untereinander "aufgeteilt" haben. Der Nachteil war dadurch natürlich, dass man mehr Treppen steigen musste, um in "sein Bad" zu kommen und dass nur ein Bad eine Dusche (das andere eine Badewanne) hatte. Das haben wir aber gern in Kauf genommen. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach ist zum Treppenhaus nicht abgeschlossen, so dass der- oder diejenige, die dort übernachtet, wenig Privatsphäre hat und den laufenden Fernseher aus dem Erdgeschoss mithören kann. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Die beiden anderen Schlafräume sind sehr schön, mit großen Fenstern, wovon eines in Richtung Ostsee blickt. Die Terasse bzw. Veranda war sehr schmal, man konnte mit vier Erwachsenen zwar dort sitzen, musste aber immer rücken, wenn jemand vorbei nach drinnen wollte. Da sie nicht überdacht ist, konnte man bei Regen nicht draußen sitzen. Die Achterbahn im benachbarten Hansapark hat man gehört, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Nach meinem Eindruck ist es aber für Familien mit Kindern noch besser geeignet als für mehrere Erwachsene. Der Mietpreis (inkl. Verwaltungsgebühren, etc.) war insgesamt recht hoch.
