Studio with sleeping area in the entrance of 28 SQ-M for 4 people maximum on the 4th and last floor of a residence with elevator. East facing balcony and a north window.
Living room with television, a sofa bed and storage space.
Corner kitchen area open to the living room equipped with ceramic hob with hood, microwave, traditional oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher.
BEDS:
- Sleeping area in the entrance (separate from the living room): a set of bunk beds (2 people) with television.
- Living room: 1 modular BZ type sofa bed with 2 beds that can be joined together for 1 double bed OR staggered into 2 single beds (2 people).
BATHROOM :
With a shower cabin, washing machine and toilet.

WIFI internet access included.
