10 out of 10 for location, apartment well equipt, pull down bed terrible no linen or towels provided, this should be mentioned in the advert. No wifi and 14inch tv not the best, if it wasn't for those small things be perfect, will kept my sleeping bags for next return lol
Claude's cosy apartment had everything we needed, but most of all the location is excellent, 2 min walk to the slopes with amenties just opposite the apartment! The place itself is a little dated but that wasnt our priority, location was, and this place is great. You need to provide your own bedding and towels and you have to clean before you leave, which leavesbyou at risk of turning up to a messy apartment from previous lazy occupants, but this wasn't the case for us. All in all, would not hesitate to stau again. Thank yku, Claude
Great location, just 50 steps from the ski locker to the slopes. Apartment was ideal size for two people. A little bit dated, but very practical with plenty of storage and an excellent view from the balcony.
Useful to note there is no lift in the building, but 2 flights of stairs are not an issue if you are ski-fit.
On arrival the information about keys and codes was perfect. The apartment was clean, the location was perfect. A small apartment but very functional with everything you need for your stay. Just one point, internet would have been a bonus and for the cost I would have gladly paid the little extra for this service, apart from that I enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

Stayed on my own whilst skiing with other friends in courchevel. Small but well fitted out, and everything worked. Cooking- no oven but microwave, two hot plates and toaster plus kettle ! Fold away bed comfortable and have lots of room when not in use. Studio would be OK for 2 (or couple with child) but crowded if any more. Tons of storage space. Very well situated for slopes and nice block, No problems with noise even though overlooks Bubble bar. Best value accommodation I have had in Courchevel even if had to provide own linen and cleaning ! Would happily stay again.

The price and its location, SUPERB. Very well equiped with menage from the 80's. No free WiFi made it very hard to communicate, my roaming did not work well in Courchevel. We did not like how noisy it was nor not being able to chat by whatsapp with the owner, The curtain broke (old) as soon as we arrived so we had no view to the exterior, we felt imprisoned, that was terrible. We left earlier than expected. We would go back if they added Wifi, and fixed the curtain very well. A 32" TV would be nice too. And added towels since Day one. The owner only communicates by email , in French.

Appartement idéalement situé à proximité des pistes . beau balcon ensoleillé et local à skis très pratique.
L’appartement est vétuste, dans son jus depuis les années 1990, mériterait un rafraîchissement.
Literie à revoir .
Nous avons très mal dormi.

A 30 m des pistes, hyper centre de Courchevel-moriond, 50 m du parking payant 95€/semaine, appartement de 25 m2 fonctionnel, décoration désuète mais bien équipé (raclette,cafetière, micro-ondes, grille pain, planche à repasser, excellente literie, SDB spacieuse et WC séparé !
Beaucoup de rangement, 2/3 couvertures de qualité très chaude.
Balcon sympa avec vue sur bourg et montagne. Attention, Porte fenêtre en simple vitrage avec fermeture aléatoire....
Résidence très calme, propriétaire sympathique et très réactif!
Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!!

Apt très sale.
Apt idéal pour deux personnes, bien situé, mais vraiment très sale (la cuisinière avait des plats et des bols à laver. En outre miettes, salade et quelques bouchons par terre... wc embêtant...). Ski-box ouvert parce que la clé est bloquée. Le propriétaire justifie le manque de propreté vu le prix attractif. Selon nous le prix bas ne devrait pas justifier le manque d’hygène, mais seulement l’équipement de l’apt.

Well located but needs fixing up
The flat is very well located, ideal for a younger couple or group of friends. You are right next to the lift and the hub of town, but you are also right next to the nightclub which can be loud until early hours of the morning.
The place was clean(ish) a number of things were very dusty, however it was very tidy. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need. Excellent in this area.
The sheets for the bed are not provided for the room nor are the towels. This is not stated in the description and when asking the owner the response was rude and cutting “I’m 700miles away”. There is a shop down the road where you can rent sheets - which of course is extra money you have to pay and if you arrive late after the shop has closed, have fun sleeping with no sheets.
The boot room is not warm. Our boots were damp in the morning and had to be left in the local ski shop as they became difficult to wear.
The door to the patio is not easily locked and you may have to push something up against it to keep it tight otherwise the room can get cold.
Overall the room was good value for the price, the owner is a bit difficult to deal with, but for the location it’s worth it.

- L'agencement et l'ameublement sont vieux (trop vieux) et il est temps d'investir
- Les meubles et l'appartement, d'une manière générale, regorgent de poussières
- Le matelas est d'un autre temps, il est temps de le changer
- Je passe sur certains éléments (flexible douche; prise électrique couloir) à changer rapidement
Cerise sur le gâteau: le propriétaire qui débarque à 06h00 du matin, nous réveillant, lors de notre dernière nuit, parce qu'il s'est trompé de date sur son planning.

Excellent séjour
La situation de l'appartement est privilégiée, aux pieds des principaux commerces et à quelques pas du front de neige. Gardien d'immeuble sur place, attentif aux besoins. La résidence de par sa taille est très calme et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute.
