"Mira d'Oro Peniscola. Holiday Rental" is a beautiful house located on the edge of the Sierra D'Irta Natural Park with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.

We offer you a large terrace facing southeast, a large living room furnished and tastefully decorated, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a third shower room, a perfectly equipped kitchen that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The house is fully air-conditioned or heated according to needs.
You will enjoy a magnificent view from every room in the house.
You will have beautiful dishes, many household appliances and beautiful utensils to prepare your meals as well as good WiFi everywhere and Netflix or Amazon Prime on the large 140cm connected screen in the living room, or the 80cm connected screens in each bedroom.

Many activities are available to you:
For swimming, the swimming pool is only 50m away (open from May 1st to October 15th), the wild coves are 5 minutes away and the immense beaches of Peniscola are 7 minutes away. The first large supervised beach "Playa Sud" is located on one side of the city center close to all amenities. On the other side of the center begins the immense "Playa Norte" 8km long with parking, tarmac promenade, pontoon walk, shops etc.

Mira d’Oro is an ideal starting point for many walks, long hikes or mountain bike excursions to enjoy the wild nature and impressive landscapes.

Peniscola is the prettiest little town on the Costa del Azahar, ranked among the most beautiful villages in Spain. It has 2 stars in the Michelin Guide for its old town with its narrow and lively streets and its magnificent castle.

The seaside resort of Peniscola offers you many shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

The Costa del Azahar offers you a magnificent hinterland with very pretty towns, castles, monasteries, caves and tourist sites.

You will find a welcome book on site with lots of information on local resources.

Your journey and arrival:
Peniscola is located between Barcelona (220km) and Valencia (150km), north of the large city of Castellon (75km). The E15 motorway serves the city.
- Castellon airport is 50km (45mn) away. Connections with Madrid Seville Dublin, London, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Krapkowice, Budapest, Budapest, Rome, Porto.
- Tarragona/Reus airport is 130km (1h20) away. Connections with Brussels, Charleroi, Paris, Eindhoven and many cities in the United Kingdom and Ireland
- Valencia airport (160km, 1h40). Many connections with all European countries, the United Kingdom etc.

A beautiful private and shaded parking space right in front of the door

On the lower floor:
• A large terrace of 25m2 with sea and mountain view facing south-east
• A large living room with sea and mountain view of 25m2 with very beautiful furniture
• A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher,Dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and many quality kitchen utensils)
• A 3rd independent toilet
• A large patio to store your suitcases, store your groceries, dry your laundry…
We have taken the greatest care in the decoration and equipment with large mirrors, pretty objects and real paintings as well as quality equipment.
We provide:

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. We do not provide an extra bed or a baby bed, the sofa is not convertible and cannot be used as a bed.
The accommodation built on two levels is not suitable for disabled people. The presence of a staircase may present a danger for young children.
The interior of the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
Meetings and parties are not allowed.
The electrical installation is not designed for recharging vehicles (EVs).
Our animal friends are not allowed.
To limit the negative effects on the environment, we ask you not to use the air conditioning by leaving the bay windows open. We also ask you to use water reasonably.
The municipality does not charge a tourist tax
