Dreamstay Villa is 2200sqft of luxury living, the house design won awards when it was built as it is well thought out and put together. Situated on Orange Tree a peaceful and tranquil community on H/W27 just 3 miles North of US192.

STRICTLY NO PETS & NO SMOKING

For Security purposes we have a ring doorbell enabling us to see who is at the front door.

The villa is equipped with an external ONLY video surveillance system.

This was a wonderful place to stay and very clean and convenient! The pool was nice and cleaned even while we were there! House was spacious and had great available amenities! Recommend!

The BEST vacation home for families. Tucked away from congested Orlando!

The property is a private home in a nice subdivision. Victor and Sandy (the owners) were great. We were contacted immediately after booking and they were very communicative. The house was great! The furniture and the appliances were in good condition. The beds were comfortable - and the heated pool was a lot of fun! The dining room was roomy to sit 8 people comfortably.- in a proper table setting. The house has all the kitchen basics to make a meal. There were pots, pans, cooking utensils. There were plenty of matching dinner plates, cutlery, and glasses/cups. There is a regular coffee maker as well as a keurig. The toaster works well. The microwave, oven, gas strove, and fridge functioned as expected. The were a lot of dish soap left by previous renters. There were some basic cooking ingredients left - some cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters. You'd likely want to restock if you plan on cooking at the house. The living room was spaceous - with a loveseat, full couch, and a single ottoman chair. The furniture and the carpets were very clean. We are a shoes-off family and we walked barefoot around the house comfortably. The bed rooms were very comfortable - no sagging or warped beds. The bathrooms were very clean and functional. Water pressure was great with responsive hot and cold settings. Every sink had hand soap. The pool is enclosed with a safety fence to prevent little ones from wandering in. The hot tub heated up equivalent to its free standing competitor types. The pool was a nice 85 degrees. We were swimming in 60 degree rainy weather and had a blast. There were pool floaties and toys stowed in the game room. My family brought new sets and left them there for future guests. My kids would spend almost 2-3 hours a night swimming. Towels are provided. There are roku sticks with every television - simply log in to your personal accounts. There is a washer which performed wonderfully. The dryer worked, but did not dry the clothes very quickly. I'm thinking the that vents need to be cleaned out to allow for more air flow. Victor and Sandy are so responsive that they will likely have this looked at as soon as I post this review. There was a surplus of detergents - likely left by previous renters. We left a bunch for the rest of you guys as well. Check the home before buying detergent. My family ended up leaving a lot of extra foods in the fridge. Hopefully the cleaning crew can enjoy them. :-)

Loved This House!

House is beautiful!! Very nice location & close to everything you need! My little one enjoyed the pool. Owners very friendly & communicated well during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

Why they chose this property

Our home benefits from being close to Disney and all amenities yet it maintains an air of peace and tranquility. It is ideally situated on a large south facing corner plot and has a secluded pool deck that is not visible by other villas as all surrounded homes have privacy fences. We have a large south facing pool and spa on an extended pool deck with large lanai all add to the ability to make the most of the Florida weather.

We have CCTV cameras on the exterior of the property there are 5 cameras that protect the exterior and cover the areas where access could be achieved - there are strictly NO cameras on the interior of the home or on the pool deck area - cameras are monitored but are strictly for security purposes ONLY
