Nestled at the rear of the Glenbrook Resort you'll find the clubhouse. There is plenty to do inside and outside the clubhouse. Inside you will find a comfortable TV room where you can host a party, watch a movie or simply relax with a book. There is also an internet room, games room, fitness center and changing rooms.

Outside there is a community pool which is one step entry one end and has a children's splash zone the other end. The wide patio deck backs on to wooded conservation, so keep your eyes open for Florida's beautiful wildlife. There are plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and tables so you can enjoy a day out by the pool. Fancy a game of pool or ping pong? No problem, Glenbrook has outdoor tables. Tennis courts and a beach volleyball court are also available.

LIVING AREA
On entering you are welcomed by the formal lounge and dining area offering an inviting atmosphere with modern soft furnishes and decor. As you move through the home the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 2 and the second living / dining area is the perfect place to spend time with the family. The Family Room offers plenty of comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player and sliding glass doors leading through to the pool area.

ENTERTAINMENT
Step into the games room and spend hours of fun with pool table, air hockey and dart board. With plenty of seating and a wall mounted TV, spectators are welcome.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the fantastic pool with integrated spa, outdoor seating and pool deck views. How better to spend your vacation and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Guests may use the provided BBQ at an additional cost.

PET FRIENDLY : This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Any damage will be charged to the guest.

GLENBROOK RESORT / LOCAL AREA
Glenbrook Resort in Clermont is located just off HWY27 which makes it the perfect location to explore all the many attractions the area has to offer including Disney. The Resort offers guests a variety of additional facilities including it's own clubhouse, a large communal pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, exercise room, games room with air hockey and pool table. The clubhouse also offers free internet access.

The Orlando Theme Parks along with various shopping malls and restaurants are within 25 minute drive away. For the golfers in the family the resort is minutes away from Highlands Reserve, Orange Lake, Orange County National, Reunion Resort, and Champions Gate.
