Welcome to your serene retreat nestled in the quiet Walden community on the peninsula. This inviting two-story home offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. It features a two-story layout with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. The home also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay.

Step outside and enjoy the private yard, equipped with a pellet BBQ grill for outdoor cooking or smoking your favorite Texas meat. In the evenings, gather around the gas fire pit to unwind and admire the night sky.

Entertainment options abound in this home, with a 65" Smart TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure. Additionally, you can enjoy some friendly competition in the game room, which features billiards and foosball.

Here are some tips for a comfortable stay: If you prefer to stay on the same floor as your kids, consider the queen-size bed in one of the upstairs rooms. The Walden community is known for its tranquility, with neighboring homes and wildlife, including deer. Keep in mind that due to the proximity to the lake, the weather can be humid, and insects may be present. Having a car is recommended for transportation.

Holiday stay

This is a perfect home for family stay. The house is decorated beautifully and is located in a quiet area of Walden but still very close to restaurants, shopping and the heart of Montgomery. The game room is an added bonus and has something for visitors of all ages. Our host was gracious and very prompt to respond to questions. Lovely home.

Sweet Sixteen get away

Ten day getaway with family in Montgomery, Texas in Walden Lakes to attend our nieces sweet sixteen. We enjoyed our stay In Marylou’s modern home with beautiful Furnishings and very comfortable beds , with the Master suite on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus the choice of two out door seating areas to sit and relax. The added bonus was the game room in the garage with basketball, pool table and other games to keep you busy. Daily walks are a must to the lake which is 2 blocks away and use of the pool which is a short drive away.Thank u for making this property available.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy being this close to Lake Conroe. You can fish, boat, or swim in the community pool. We love seeing the wildlife walking around the neighborhood. Be careful not to get too close to the deer. They look friendly, but... The nearby breweries and Margaritaville are great when we are in the mood for some entertainment.

What makes this property unique

This home is near the Walden Golf Course, boat launch and community pool. So many things to do for a family or adulting. You can go and enjoy the outdoors to include Sam Houston National Forest or stay-in and enjoy some fun games in the game room.
