On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over 4 steps and an external stair directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 18 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, TV and radio. You have access to the 40 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 3 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 8 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ston, district Broce. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
