There is a mooring buoy and boat lift for your boat and the knee deep water has an all sand bottom.
There are unlimited local attractions. The Village of Bellaire is a 10 min drive. Traverse City is a 45 min drive. There are hiking and nature trails as well. The roads are perfect for a long or short bike ride.
