Just What We WantedThis condo is in an attractive and well-maintained complex just off the main street of the heart of downtown Winter Park where there is lots to do - summer festivals and good restaurants. Plenty of privacy and gathering space, but note it is quite vertical, i.e. lots of steps to the different levels. Wow, we guessed every appliance was brand new (and high end). With a well-stocked kitchen full of nice things to use like at home we really enjoyed the place. Bob, our host, had a delightful welcome basket waiting for us and wrote back right away with answers to any questions we had.

Great house! The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the ski shuttle and restaurants. There was an overflow parking lot next to the house to park multiple cars.
