Large modern villa with sea view.

The villa is built on one level and consists of two parts: the main house (3 bedrooms) and the guest bungalow (1 bedroom).
It is located on the Atlantic coast of Martinique, at Pointe-Faula, the island's unmissable kitesurfing spot.
Its swimming pool, its sea view, its large outdoor and indoor living spaces will give you a change of scenery.
You will have to walk only 10 min to get to the Pointe-Faula beach, swimming possible with your family + nautical activities.
This magnificent luxury property opens onto a room bathed in light. Thanks to the large bay windows, you keep an eye on the pool while enjoying the view of the Atlantic Ocean. In a resolutely contemporary style, this magnificent living room has been decorated with care. It consists of a lounge area with flat-screen TV and a beautiful, modern and fully equipped kitchen.
Travel time from the airport: 35 minutes

Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of DUCOS / MARIN and carry on until the next way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME and take it. Then, at the first roundabout, turn left (direction LAMENTIN / FORT DE FRANCE / FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN).

At the next round about (just after the bridge) take the second way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN. Follow the road (direction of FRANCOIS). When arriving in le FRANCOIS, at the first round about take the way out towards LE VAUCLIN. Keep driving.

After about 4 km, you will cross the village of Dostaly. Keep driving.
Continue straight until the first roundabout of Vauclin. At the roundabout, take straight, then take the road on your left to the village of Vauclin. Continue along the Esso gas station then turn left at the end of the road. Then follow the Pointe Faula.

The sea is on your left. You will come to a sign "Paradise of the Angels" on your right, just before the black signpost indicating "Pointe Faula" Take the road on the right (dirt road) The villa is on your left (very modern beige villa with a bungalow ").
