Overlooking the sea, the kitchen serves as a vibrant hub for shared culinary moments. Adjacent to it, the living room combines a cozy seating area and an elegant dining space, all framed by soothing ocean views.

Villa La Régence features five air-conditioned bedrooms, four with luxurious Italian-style showers crafted with natural stones and premium fixtures. A perfect Vacation Home

We could not have asked for a better place to truly escape from the winter than Villa Regence. From the stocked kitchen to the numerous areas inside and out to gather for Ti Punch and relax to it's beach front location. The house is perfectly situated for a day of snorkeling at Anse Noir, or a trip to a distillery, or for just doing nothing but enjoying the sun and sand of Martinique. You can walk to town on the beach if you need to, baguettes at the bakery before the town are baked fresh all day, so you don't have to drive everywhere. Hopefully we will be able to return again soon

This house is well situated, extremely practical, and was a joy to stay at. Unfortunately there was a small tropical storm and a lot of seaweed in Diamant during our stay but obviously this had nothing to do with the rental property. I would max out the number of people staying at 11 adults7 adults with 6 kids. The pool is much larger in real life than the listing. I would love to return!

Diamant Escape

This house is well situated, extremely practical, and was a joy to stay at. Unfortunately there was a small tropical storm and a lot of seaweed in Diamant during our stay but obviously this had nothing to do with the rental property. I would max out the number of people staying at 11 adults or 7 adults with 6 kids. The pool is much larger in real life than the listing. I would love to return!

Die Kommunikation mit der Agency war super und auch die Objektbetreuer waren super freundlich und haben jede Frage beantwortet.Die Lage und Raumaufteilung ist super - direkt am Strand mit kindersicherem (per Umrandung) Pool.Der Geschirrspüler würde sich über eine Erneuerung freuen, aber das ist wirklich das einzige was man zum nörgeln finden kann, wenn man was sucht…

Je vous recommande cette villa en bord de mer. Jean-Michel et Carole nous ont offert un accueil et un service impeccable. Nous avons aussi eu droit à un service d’entretien au milieu de nos deux semaines à la villa. Nous en étions à notre deuxième séjours à la villa et nos hôtes étaient encore une fois de bon conseil concernant les différentes activités possibles à faire sur cette île paradisiaque. Un séjour de rêve

Le chaleureux accueil de Jean-Michel, ses explications parfaites à l'arrivée pour la prise en charge des lieux, ses conseils avisés, et sa disponibilité au téléphone pour répondre aux moindres sollicitations. La maison, sans surprise, a répondu complètement à nos attentes en terme de confort et d'occupation pour notre famille (6 adultes et 5 enfants de 3 à 11 ans). Sa merveilleuse situation sur la plage (un privilège), la proximité avec la mer. Une très agréable ventilation permanente par l'air marin (proximité de la mer) grâce à ses nombreuses ouvertures. Aucune fenêtre au rdc (que des volets), très pratique quand on doit fermer la maison. Une piscine bien protégée, judicieusement installée pour favoriser sa surveillance, assez petite mais idéale pour nos petits enfants. Une grande cuisine parfaitement équipée (à noter 2 éviers et 2 frigo) bien ouverte sur l'extérieur. Un carbet impeccablement disposé et suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir les repas en commun de tout le groupe. Bref, un séjour de rêve dans une villa superbe que je recommanderai sans hésiter, merci à Jean-Michel et à toute l'équipe d'ARCHIPEL EVASION. Comme évoqué avec votre manager Jean-Michel, vous pourriez facilement doter l'extérieur (zone entre cuisine et carbet) d'une enceinte son (diffusion musique en bluetooth) et d'une ou deux lumières complémentaires (notamment pour éclairer davantage la zone barbecue). Un équipement de tous les lits avec des moustiquaires pourrait également constituer un plus.

Merci, le séjour s'est admirablement passé, nous étions très satisfaits de la villa et de vos prestations. Petits et grands ont vraiment bien profité de la proximité de la mer, de la piscine et du calme des lieux. Jean-Michel a été très réactif et toujours disponible. La Martinique a été une belle découverte pour nous, avec une envie forte d'y revenir.

un excellent séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé 3 semaines idéales dans cette villa, très confortable, à l' ameublement moderne et de qualité. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont spacieux, l' ensemble est très bien entretenu. La plage et le sous bois ne pourraient pas être plus près. Un grand merci à Sabine pour sa disponibilité et sa grande gentillesse.
