Fully equipped (BBQ, table tennis, pool games, paddles, adult and children bikes...) for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera).
Easy access, 5 min walk from the pebble beach (15 min from sandy beaches in summer by car), shops on foot (bakeries, Carrefour Market, Press, Pharmacy...), transport, Airport, Stations...

- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, thermomix TM6, coffee makers (Nespresso and bean-to-cup), kettle...
- 3 bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed (top-of-the-range mattress) and 2 children's bedrooms with 90 cm x 190 cm beds.
- A bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub and double washbasin
