Beautiful part of the world.

There were 4 of us, all in our 70s. We love open countryside and pretty characterful old towns/ villages. The only long walk we went on was to a lake as it was too hot for walking. There are so many beautiful old towns within easy distance by car.We would spend late afternoon relaxing by the pool .There doesn't seem to be many places that do snacks so we would have a main meal out and snack at home in the evening.Our hosts were welcoming, accommodating, helpful and kind without being intrusive. The perfect hosts.We loved our stay here.

La location est très agréable. Elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est top. Patrick et Virginie sont très accueillants et très sympas. Bref à conseiller car situation au pied de la mer et des randonnées sur les premiers reliefs.

Der Aufenthalt bei Familie Lemont war sehr schön. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Patrick und seine Familie wohnen unten im Haus. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool war als Highlight immer angenehm warm. In die nähere Umgebung kann man viele unvergessliche Ausflüge machen. Wir sagen Danke!

Schoon, gezellig en gastvrij

Communicatie met de verhuurder is erg aangenaam. Patrick en zijn vrouw zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Het huis is op een prima afstand van het strand, ongeveer 10 minuten rijden en in de buurt van winkels. In het dorpje, La Gauda, vindt je alles dat je nodig hebt en is iets hoger gelegen zodat de temperatuur in de zomer aangenaam is. We hebben een mooie tijd gehad en kunnen dit verblijf van harte aanbevelen.

Nice place in quite little village

We enjoyed our stay in La Gaude. Nice small village. Not much to do there, but a few interesting shops. The location is up in the mountains. A decent travel to interesting cities both at the coast and in the mountains. The apartment is ok. Nice little pool, sufficient room for a family of 5-6.

Overetagen på et hus, hvor ejeren bor nedenunder. Pænt interiør, køkken og bad - god plads og gode senge. Haven er ikke specielt spændende og velholdt, poolen er fin og ren. Tæt på supermarked, men en lidt træls vej ned af bjerget hver gang, man skal på køreture til f.eks. strand eller by. Bil absolut nødvendig.

Très belle villa, spacieuse et avec piscine chauffée. Les locataires vivent en bas mais sont très acceuillants et ne sont pas du tout gênants. La villa se trouve à 20km du centre de Nice, ce qui est bien mieux pour être au calme. Vous avez également une place de parking disponible dans la cour. Seul mini bémol : le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours. Il faut rester dans la cuisine pour réussir à le capter. Un terrain de pétanque et une table de ping-pong sont également dispos ! Bref, vous pouvez réserver cette villa sans crainte !

Great location, great owners. Mr Lemont was a great host. Very helpful, nice pool. Gaude is a very beautiful village, 20-30 min drive from Nice, depending on traffic. House is very clean, kitchen is quite new and well equipped. Everything you need is there. We were with two small kids there and we had a very good time (2 years, 5 months) Would definitely recommend

Très bonne formule de logement pour une famille de 7 personnes comme la notre. Nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison proche de toutes commodités, de Nice et de Monaco! les bons moments passés dans la piscine et dans les pièces climatisées de la maison , nous ont ravis. Merci à Patrick et à Virginie, les propriétaires, pour l’apéro ! A l'année prochaine pour un séjour plus long.
