The Cocoonr Agency is offering this charming chalet for rent in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, featuring a shared swimming pool within the residential park. It measures 47 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom on the ground floor and a lovely sleeping and relaxation area upstairs, featuring single beds and a sleeping area with a double bed. Downstairs, there is a shower room (with shower) and a separate toilet, as well as a large south-west-facing balcony terrace. You can also enjoy a garden of around 300 m² and a lovely shaded terrace equipped with a table and benches for those warm summer days.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, raclette, grill and fondue set, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds
- A study area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bath, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 300 m² surrounds the chalet
- In summer, a shaded terrace beneath tall fir trees is available

Communal area
- A heated, shared indoor swimming pool, open from April 2026 to 4 January 2027. (Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residence).

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, a 10-minute walk from the centre, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park at the foot of the chalets.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, 1.5 km away (about a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive)
- Nearest airport: Geneva, 63 km away (about 1 hour’s drive)

Other notes
- The swimming pool will be closed from 4 January 2027 to 31 March 2027
- The chalet is situated on a hillside; access may be difficult with heavy loads
- A small Bluetooth speaker is available in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Please contact us to book linen as soon as your booking is confirmed. Sleeping directly on the mattresses is not permitted.
- The staircase in the chalet is quite steep; a safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are subject to change
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- All children must be supervised by and remain the responsibility of an adult.
