Comfortable 2 bedroom -safe area - Close to Tulsa

The living space is comfortable with 50' smart tv , high speed WIFI and electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes , pot & pans , essential appliances and utensils. The small appliances include a Keurig Coffee pot and pod Duo and a toaster. There is a full size washer & dryer, ironing board and iron.
The space
The 2 bedroom duplex unit is located 1 mile off of I 75 ; great access to Tulsa, Jenks, Bixby and Sapulpa. It is 1100 sq ft. It has plenty of parking space for larger vehicles or your boat trailer ect. The property features a sound barrier wall between the units for your privacy; you will never notice if there is someone next door .
This property is chemical poison free. I only use safe natural remedies & deterrents for insects indoors .

Great stay

Clean, quiet and homey. Conveniently located to South Tulsa. Highly recommend. I would suggest the owner add a barbeque grill in the yard.

Oasis

We had a great two months in this duplex. We feel like it was a little oasis in the desert of building a home. The duplex owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any needs that we had. The duplex was soooo much better than staying in a hotel or apartment! It was a very comfortable size and even had plenty of room for a home office. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

Working in the area for several months, so much better than a hotel clean, quiet, comfortable. I’m the type of person that have to get used to a bed it takes me a while; other than that just 100% amazing. Great Communication and empathy to me being away from home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
