Stay pet friendly big backyard. Plenty of room for everyone!!

The Greyhaven home might not be on the beach, but the spaciousness makes up for that. Great for a smaller group or a larger one! Plenty of places to spread out!

This property has 3 bedrooms, including 1 king, 2 queens, and a sleeper futon. All bedrooms include a tv.

Along with a bunk room! Yes, a room just for the bunk beds! Which has 2 bunk beds and a single. So, 5 total twin beds!! With a TV!!

Two full baths! And a half bath!

Also, Greyhaven has 2 living spaces!!! In the living room you have a tv and the room is opened to the dining room that seats 6 and to the kitchen, where the bar seats 5! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you cooking needs.

Travel down the hall to the game room! Includes a TV, large sectional along with a pool table! Plenty of board games!

And we can’t forget the Florida Room! Such a great place to just sit and take in the day!
There is also a roomy deck! Lots of lizards to watch!!

BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles. Although we employ a professional pest control monthly service, you may still see some bugs during your stay with us, especially the Asian Cockroach. This small brown cockroach lives outdoors and may follow you into the house because it is a STRONG flier and is attracted to the light. But please do not be alarmed as they are not harmful and die quickly inside the home. Keep all external doors and windows always closed to minimize your exposure to these bugs (and to keep the air-conditioning inside).

Great place to vacation

We stayed here while my done was in a baseball tournament for the week . The location was convenient to both parks we played at and not too far from the beach . We would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay somewhere that isn’t too close to the crowds but not too far away from the fun .

Annual fishing trip-between Retired Navy buddies.

This is a return trip for Navy Retirees. The facility and accommodation were prefect for our Two days of fishing. It has all nice features just like home. Highly recommended 👍👍

A Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful experience with both the host and the home. The house had everything we needed from dishes, linens, pack and play, high chair, and everything else. There's plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others company and the house is close enough to the beach and restaurants to enjoy what PCB has to offer. Look forwards to staying again.

Very nice modern/updated home.

Very nice house with updated appliances. Clean and modern. There are a lot of remotes that control numerous lights and fans. We found it comfortable and reasonable priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Third time staying at this house. It always fit the need for some retired fishermen. For us the accommodation is good. However we did not use the deck it appears to be unstable The grass needs to be cut. The floors need work. This would prevent a excellent rating.
