The host and his father were extremely helpful throughout. Access and departure were well managed and the description given was accurate and all facilities worked well. The location is very accessible for central Marrakesh and seemed safe and quiet. We had no difficulty sleeping and were able to spend time in the apartment with ease and comfort.

Decent apartment, good neighborhood, good experience

Emeric is a responsive host, he is professional and can communicate effectively in English. The neighborhood and building is clean and safe. The apartment was relatively clean, and it was a good size, fully stocked with pots, pans, mugs etc. The apartment does not have an electric kettle (even though it says it does on the English listing under facilities), but it does have a small Nespresso Machine and an Italian Moka pot, as well as a Moroccan tea pot. Lighting in the apartment can be a little dim at night, but there is sufficient windows and sunlight. The apartment has a drying rack but no drying machine (only a washing machine) - this is accurately reflected on the listing. Unfortunately the pool (which is indoors) is only open from May to October. In the English listing it does not say the pool is closed from November to March, although it does state this in the French listing. Overall we immensely enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that the pool was closed as we expected it to be open (as we only speaking English, we only read the English listing. I would advise the owner to align the information in the English and French listings).

Client habituel de Abritel,j'ai été surpris de devoir régler 100% du montant de la location à la réservation;le propriétaire précise que c'est Abritel qui le demande;Abritel signale que le loueur choisi!!!!!Concernant la description des équipements nous cherchons encore le téléphone avec puce marocaine et l'ordinateur portable.A l'arrivée ,il a fallu relaver les ustensiles de cuisine qui étaient sales......... Pour le reste,tout est OK:le propriétaire répond sans délai aux sollicitations,l'appartement est spacieux et confortable et est très bien situé.Conclusion:satisfait du séjour

Emeric ‘s father in law was outstanding . He was very helpful and only a phone call away.

The property is excellent . It was well equipped and very clean and In a secure location and with concierge. The concierge , Hassan, I must add was also helpful. I normally stay in hotels but I can say that I will most definitely be staying in Emeric’s lovely apartment again when I return to Marrakech in June . The apartment is only a 12 min walk to the Carre Eden centre in the heart of Gueilez. Restaurants and shops just across the road . Thank you Emeric for a memorable stay . 5 stars.

Vom Erstkontakt bis zum letzten Tag und der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Nachdem unser Flug auch erst am Nachmittag zurück ging, war es auch gar kein Problem etwas länger als bis zum geplanten Check out zu bleiben. Das Apartment hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht und es war sauber. In paar Kleinigkeiten gilt es zwar zu reparieren, die Türen quietschen extrem, und der Kühlschrank muss fest zugedrückt werden damit er nicht von selbst wieder aufgeht, aber sonst gab es nichts zu beanstanden. In der Wohnanlage sind mehrere Apartments untergebracht, und die Nachbarn sind nicht gerade die leisesten, aber das blendet man nach einiger Zeit aus. Ich würde sofort wieder diese Unterkunft beziehen und bedanke mich noch mal an unseren Vermieter für alles.

Comfortabel, well equiped and good located in Gueliz area

My experience of this fine apartment: It is very convenient and nicely furnished in a modern style with Moroccan accents, also very clean and good located in Gueliz. At walking distance from attractions like Jardin Majorelle, some cafés and nearby is also a big Acima supermarket and you can get a bike (www.medinabike.ma). Or at the main streets you can take a taxi or bus nr 5 to the medina. I stayed for a short holiday, cooked a bit myself and went fit back as I slept very well on the good mattresses. I liked it that - in contrast with the pretty noisy Morroccan society/ traffic - it is very quiet in the apartment and building. Thank you for creating such a nice place!

Superbe appartement au coeur de Marrakech

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Marrakech (du 16 au 23/04/2017)dans un appartement adapté à une famille de 5. A proximité d'un centre commercial avec de larges plages d'ouverture, le magnifique jardin de Majorelle à une enjambée ainsi que le marché du souk à environs10 minutes à pied. Le climat nous a complètement dépaysé avec des températures avoisinant les 40° Ce pied à terre à été pour nous le point de départ de quelques excursions et nous sommes ravis de la location. Merci à votre beau père qui nous a très gentiment accueilli. Petit bémol concernant la piscine : le choix de votre location nous a été dicté également par le fait qu'elle possédait la piscine privative mais malheureusement aux dates réservées, elle n'était pas en eau. Grande déception pour les enfants qui se faisaient une joie de profiter de celle-ci. Pour les prochains vacanciers, il serait peut-être judicieux de le spécifier dans votre descriptif général de l'appartement!!! Merci pour cette belle expérience. Sébastien, katy et leurs 3 enfants

tout a fait conforme au photo.bon accueil, éffectivement dommage a quand on arrive a minuit de devoir ressortir pour acheter une bouteille d'eau. tres mauvaise connection internet, et sur 3 semaines mauvaise période avec trois semaine de masse et de marteaux. Bien situé, on est tes vite en centre ville. de bons petits restau a proximité, et super boulangerie patisserie. nous reviendrons avec plaisir, merce a Emeric tu es tres arrangeant encore merci pour ces belles vacances.

Appartement très confortable et bien situé. Supermarchés, taxis, jardin majorelle, centre-ville tout est à deux pas....... Peut être qu'une simple bouteille d'eau dans le frigo aurait été sympa et bienvenue. Nous en avons donc laissé pour les locataires suivants....Une petite attention de quelques dirhams... Accueil chaleureux.

Merci à vous pour votre commentaire, En effet, nous avons déjà envisagé de mettre quelques produits de cosméthiques et de consommations en complément, mais pas toujours évident à gérer en logistique. Par le passé nous l'avions fait mais certains clients après coups nous faisaient la remarque qu'il aurait été judicieux de mettre du coca en plus de l'eau, d'autre d'avoir du jus d'orange. Bref, à vouloir ien faire, parfois on se retrouve dans un cercle vicieux. Dernier point et non des moindres, peux d'appartements à 49e en prix d'appel aussi biens placés et avec autant de surface et d'équipements, nous ne souhaitaons ps spécialement augmentez le tarif de base afin de garantir à tous un excellent rapport qualité prix. @u plaisir Emeric

Easily can be a 5 star.

This is an honest review and I understand that this is someone's livelyhood, however... The apartment is well situated in Gueliz and is moderately appointed. It is comfortable to come back to after a busy day in the Medina. We were here for a month and perhaps noticed more then someone who may be in for a week. Items that were promised were not delivered. The door handle broke off in our hands and we noticed the patio door didn't lock as well as many leaks in the plumbing. All but the patio doors were fixed quickly. The apartment needs love, light bulbs need replacing, old pillows, broken teapots and cooking utensils, but again some people staying for a week may not use these things. I would recommend this place, it just needs love and care. Emeric was quick to respond both before and during our stay. Sadly when we left the father in law tried to get us to pay for the door handle and the patio door (we didn't break either of these items),that were broken. We are careful people in our 60's, not party animals. Again, we would recommend Emeric and this apartment...With a little care this would be a 5 without question.

Merci pour votre feedback, en effet votre location a été assez compliqué, j'ai dénombré 72 mails durant votre séjour (soit 2 fois plus que l'ensmeble des locataires sur place en une année!!!), Pour les coses promises par mon beau père, c'est en effet moi qui lui ai demandé de na pas le fiare à partir du moment où vous l'avez pris pour amazon prime, mon beau pèr en'est pas un larbin qui doit allez faire vos courses! Quant aux portes, paix à leur âmes, la porte d'entrée, cassée le second jour de votre location, et la porte coulissante au bout du 7ème jour!! Bref 200€ de réparation, il aurait été normal que vous participiez aux réparations, mais en vain le jour de votre départ et mon beau père l'a compris lorsque votre mari à terminé cul sec une bouteille d'alccol devant lui avant de partir!! Bref vous m'avez dit à plusieurs reprises que vous voyagiez dans de multiples pays, mais au finalj'ai surtout le sentiment que vous avez du mal à sortir de vos standard américains! Dernier point, une seviette de bain n'est pas un tapis de bain !!! cette dernière a fini à la poubelle!! Bref, je peux comprendre votre mécontentement, mais ZUT sortez quelque peu de vos standards américains lorsque vous voyagez et respectez votre hôte tout comme il vous respecte!!!

pun havre de paix à Marrakech

Mes 2 filles et moi avons séjourné au mois d"aout dans cet appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du Jardin Majorelle, à 5minutes de la Plazza Guéliz et à 5 minutes de la gare routière de Marrakech. L'appartement est propre, très bien équipé avec clim dans les chambres, confortable et pratique pour les familles .On s'y sent comme à la maison. Situé à proximité de 2 supermachés (2 minutes à pied) et d'une superette ouverte H24 à 30 mètres. Tout est clair avec monsieur Helluin qui répond à toutes vos questions très rapidement dans la transparence et un bon relationnel. Son beau-père nous a chaleureusement accueillis et s'est montré disponible.Vous pouvez reserver les yeux fermés. La cerise sur le gâteau le parking sous-terrain et la piscine ou nous étions quasiment seuls à chaque fois. A recommander Merci encore
