Located a few minutes from the city centre of Uchaux, our house and its equipment, not to mention the heated swimming pool, will be perfect for hosting your moments of relaxation with family or friends.

With a total surface area of approximately 120 m² and fully air-conditioned, the house consists of:
A fully equipped kitchen, a large cosy living-dining room area with fireplace, a games room (table football) for a moment of relaxation, a refurbished bathroom and separate toilets.

You will also find two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with twin beds to offer you a well-deserved rest after exchanging with your family in the games room.

Let's not forget the fenced park of 5500 m² and its pine forest, which will undoubtedly win your heart:
In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the south-facing terrace while the children enjoy the outdoor games;
In the afternoon, relax by the heated and secure swimming pool (open from April to November) of 8/5m and a depth of 130 to 180
Or take a nap on a deckchair in the shade of the trees, with the cicadas as neighbours;
In the evening, share a good meal cooked a la plancha on the terrace of the house...
When the cold arrives, after a good walk, relax in front of a good fireplace (from November to April)
Enough to optimise the holidays!

Ideally located in a very quiet and natural area, the location of the house will allow you quick access to all the amenities of the neighbouring villages (Mornas, Piolenc, Sérignan du Comtat...):
Markets, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, tobacconists, banks, bars, restaurants, doctors...
The village of Uchaux has very good restaurants and wine estates.


Choose to go to the essentials: located between Orange and Bollène (A7 and A9 motorways, train and bus stations) and nearby cycle paths, Uchaux is at the centre of many activities and tourist places.
