About this property

Charmant Chalet Dans un Parc Avec Piscine

Welcome to the heart of the Pays Bigouden Sud.
Nestled in the peaceful residential park of Domaine de Coat Mor, our new chalet (delivered in 2022) has been carefully designed to offer you a rejuvenating holiday – with family or friends.
The chalet:
Bright and well equipped, it includes an open plan living room with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator...), two comfortable bedrooms (1 bed 160×200 + 2 beds 90×200) and a bathroom with large shower. The toilets are separate.
The large south-west facing terrace is the perfect place to have lunch in the sun, relax or admire the starry sky in the calm of the park.
Everything is included:
Bed linen, towels, cleaning, beds made on arrival, barbecue, high-performance satellite internet connection, private parking — and of course, access to the heated swimming pool (June 15 – September 15).
The corner:
5 minutes by car: beaches, ports, shops and Pont-l'Abbé. The region is full of cycle paths, lighthouses, surfing spots (La Torche), sailing and fishing. And above all... don't leave without a seafood platter facing the sea or pancakes with salted butter caramel in a local 🥞🦞 creperie
Quiet park: atmosphere respected after 10pm, no parties.
