The condo was clean, comfortable, and good location for walking around town and close to many restaurants. We had no problems during our stay and felt safe. The property manager was responsive when we had questions. It was nice this property included a parking spot since Cincinnati parking is no fun. Stay here if you are going to watch a soccer match because the stadium so close.
Great place to stay for Blink festival. Could watch the soccer stadium lights from balcony, streetcar stop really close, mostly walked to really explore and experience the festival. Really appreciated having a parking space with rental.

Thanks for the great review. We are glad you could enjoy all the Blink festivities from a "front row view" perspective. Please come back and visit us again!
Did I say fantastic location? Perfect to walk to restaurants, breweries, Findlay market, etc). Recommend some additional basic amenities be added (there was no facial tissue, no bar soap, no dish detergent).

Not sure why you are saying that. We have pods for dishwasher and there should have been a little soap bar left for you along with a little shampoo bottle. I will need to check on the dish soap, but I do know we have pods there. We may have been out of the facial tissue. I will restock that.
My husband and I take quick trips often. This spot is walking distance to lots of fun areas. It is super convenient to have a designated spot to park. Very easy to communicate with the host. We would stay again. Thanks.

Jillian. Thanks for the great review. We hope you come back and visit at your favorite spot in Cincinnati. Always welcome!
I booked this stay for a concert that was at the TQL stadium. It was right across the street of the stadium with a view of it from the balcony. It was an absolutely amazing stay and a perfect place for attending the concert. I felt safe walking to and from the concert and it saved me from having to deal with driving or parking. The loft was beautiful, clean, and a very comfortable stay. My friend who didn't have a ticket to the concert was still able to hear the whole thing from the loft which was awesome! We had a great time.
Easy check in, good location, dedicated parking spot.
Great price with a dedicated parking spot and the free trolley is just steps away that will take you all the way down to the river, football stadium, and baseball stadiums. Soccer stadium and findlay market is a block away. Comfortable bed. Easy check in. One flight of steps but it wasn’t a problem.
Very clean and modern style place. We had a problem upon check-in. But was corrected quickly. You could hear everything everyone upstairs, downstairs and outside of the apartment. Overall good weekend away.
This is a really cute place! It is within walking distance to several restaurants and Findlay Market. We even walked downtown from the place. We went to the zoo and to the aquarium which were really within a short distance drive. The soccer stadium is right across the street which would be handy if attending a game. The only recommendation I would make is that there needs to be a window covering of some sort on the door to the really cool balcony…only because the lights from the stadium stay on until 11pm. The property manager was very professional and pretty quick to reply when we needed him. We really enjoyed our stay there!
The unit itself was wonderful and the offerings from the host were excellent. The only thing on this front was that there were no flat sheets for the bed. It was just the fitted sheet and the duvet. We checked the extra linens provided for the futon and it was the same.
The neighborhood is on the up and up and we were mostly comfortable but there was some activity on the street the first night we stayed that left us a bit uneasy. Not any fault to the hosts and the unit itself felt very safe.
Just something to be aware of when staying in a downtown metropolitan area.
