Great place! Very clean and spacious, exactly what we needed for a visit with our daughters at the University of Cincinnati! It’s an easy 10-12 minute drive from campus
This is our second time staying here while visiting our son at Xavier. The location is great and close to shopping, restaurants etc. The house is charming and very clean. The host is quick to respond. We will definitely try to book here again in the future.
Beautifully decorated home in lovely neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and grocery store within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and comfortable sofas in the living room
Exactly what our family needed for our stay in Cincinnati. I don’t have one negative thing to say about this property. Very clean and accommodating. Will be my go to the next time I’m in town.

This is a lovely home, comfortable and well located.
Our stay in Cincinnati was made perfect by this listing! Absolutely no complaints and will definitely be booking it again next time we are in Cincinnati.
Food left in fridge (with odor) - insufficient convenient outlets to charge devices (need to add to bedside tables) - no dishwasher - host left out 2 towels total for 2 people/ 2 nights. We asked for more, which were provided along with a message that said “do not abuse privilege”- yikes. It felt a little like someone was living there when it was not being rented as a vrbo
This home was just as described in listing. Very clean, nice neighborhood, many intersting books to browes/read, loved the paintings, patio and garden. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and nicely decorated : ) The back porch was also a nice touch. The location was perfect for all the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Jeanne!
My family had a great time at this home. It was within walking distance of multiple restaurants. It was within a10-15 min drive to the children's museum and Newport aquarium. There was even a toy box with toys that my two year old loves. Would stay there again.
Your home was perfect for our stay. It was very nice, clean and homey. Even though we were there during a very hot and humid week, the upstairs air conditioning kept it cool and the downstairs fans kept the lower level pretty comfortable. The location was great for us. Thank you!

Charming
Place was pretty clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed our time there and if we come back to the area, would certainly look to stay there again. House was well equipped and decorated vvwell. Was nice having decent furniture there. Last place we stayed in had cheap uncomfortable furniture, but this place had nice furniture. Beds were comfortable.
The house was charming and perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed having a whole home to stay in. Location was great, loved being able to have a short walk to go out to local restaurants! My only negative is would have appreciated having the air turned on upstairs prior to check in. It was 90+ degrees out and the same temp upstairs. Fortunately, we checked in and went to dinner shortly after and it had cooled down significantly by the time we came back.
This well-maintained home is near to all the places we needed to visit on our recent stay in the Cincinnati area, & is only 1/2 hour from CVG Airport as well. Convenient, tidy and charming. The details of the woodwork in the home are beautiful. There is a back deck overlooking a small garden that we also enjoyed.
It was a very nice property. I really liked the back patio and the back yard. A lot of flowers and a great shade tree with a bench. The beds were comfortable. The owners know a lot about Cincinnati and leave lots of ideas for fun things to do while in town.
This lovely home is conveniently located and tastefully decorated throughout. Jeanne was very helpful in recommending local eateries and shops, which are within easy striking distance, some close enough to walk to. We were surprised that there is no dishwasher and only has air conditioning upstairs for the bedrooms and bathroom. It does have ceiling fans throughout.
