NEWLY RENOVATED STEPS TO BEACH BEAUTY + POOL. Winter & last min discounts

Spacious recently renovated 3br, 2 bth immaculate condo awaits your arrival. Situated steps from beautiful Surfside Beach with the largest pool in Surfside in the Sea Grove complex. Master bedroom, bath and kitchen renovated 2022/2023. You'll have access to a ground floor storage unit with beach cart to store all your beach and/or golf essentials. Free Wifi.
The bedrooms are spacious. It Sleeps 8 with the pullout. (Full size)
Portacrib available upon request.
There's an outdoor terrace for you and your guests to relax on, large living and dining areas and in unit laundry room with full size machines. *Note: Unit is on the third floor with no elevator. Plenty of parking for 2 cars, which includes a golf cart. (parking permits are required and available) No trailers or commercial vehicles allowed.

Our guests include couples, families, retirees, people relocating and families with children attending SCC or baseball & dance tournaments

Amenities include a fully stocked newly renovated kitchen with white cabinets and granite tops that opens to a 4-seat breakfast bar. The dining room table seats an additional 6. Three bedrooms include one king , new large en suite with walk-in shower. Queen size bedroom features a bright and sunny room with walk-in closet along with a small computer desk. Third bedroom has two twin beds.
Your private balcony is large and long, beach-themed decorated with plenty of seating and the sounds of the ocean Second bathroom has full size tub/shower. In-unit laundry room has a washer & dryer plus ironing board and iron.
The complex has one of the largest pools in Surfside and is surrounded by lovely, landscaped shade and sun areas and decking that everyone adores! A BBQ grill is located inside the gazebo. There is no grilling allowed on the deck. Pool is open from April 1 to Oct 31. (Weather permitting)
We're within walking distance from Surfside Pier where you can enjoy fishing and dining choices of multiple restaurants.
I'm available any time to answer any of your questions and are committed to making sure your vacation experience is a positive one. While I rent this condo out, it is also my part-time home that I'm pleased to share with you; I just ask that you respect it so other guests may enjoy it too.

This condo has a spacious living area. It has a nice updated kitchen and en suite bathroom. We liked that it has twin beds in one of the bedrooms to give siblings their own space. It also has inviting balcony seating. The big pool is wonderful! We love Surfside Beach and we would definitely stay in this condo next time!

Lorraine was wonderful, she advised that the condo was ready if we wanted to check in early. We were impressed with the fully stocked spice cabinet and appreciated that there was both a coffee pot as well as a keurig. All beds were comfortable!! A short walk to the beach allowed us to avoid the hassel of finding and paying for a place to park. There's a storage unit with beach chairs and sands toys, among other items. No issues during our stay. We will be back.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Lorraine was an amazing host! Very responsive from the moment we booked and with any questions we had as our trip got closer. She even purchased a pack and play so we didn't need to pack ours for the 10 hour drive. Check in was quick and easy and the place was very clean. The beach is just steps away and the storage closet underneath was perfect to store all of our gear during our stay. The pool was cleaned daily by a crew. About a 10 minute walk to the pier and several restaurants as well. I would recommend this place for other families as well.

Family Vacation

The location was excellent for a family vacation at the beach. Everything was nearby and walking distance. It was also great for jogging- felt very safe. The host was very helpful and responded to questions promptly. Will definitely book again.

Can't wait to go back

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Our hostess was very gracious and welcoming and very responsive to questions. It was the perfect home base for a relaxing trip to spend time with family who live in the area and to visit some of the amazing sites in the area. We're looking forward to a return trip.

Great Week At The Beach

Lorraine's condo is awesome. The house looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked - all you need to bring is your own food. The neighborhood was very nice and surprisingly quiet for all of the people staying in the area. You will feel safe here. Lorraine was extremely quick to respond to an issue we had. Check in was quick and easy. The water in the pool was very warm. I would not hesitate to stay here again and neither should you! Thank you for a great stay!

Paradise in Myrtle Beach

I stayed at Lorraine's beautiful condo with my husband, my mother and our 3 young kids (ages 2,4,7). The condo was roomy, clean and located just a short 1.5 blocks from the beach. It was perfect and even had a pack& play for my youngest to sleep in. I highly recommend staying here as not only is the condo great (complex has a small pool too), the location perfect for walking to the beach and a quick 2 minute drive to local restaurants,, but Lorraine the owner is beyond friendly. We got lost locating the condo and she quickly explained where to go (condo is in Surfside beach) and even offered ideas of what to visit with the kids. My family and I can't wait to be back and we've only been gone for 24 hours.

Lorraine was so gracious and helpful with suggestions on things to do and restaurants for our family.. the location of the condo was extremely convenient for our family of 8! We walked to the beach every day and used the pool one day as well! Great building- didn't hear a peep from anyone around us and felt safe and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. When it rained we were very close to shopping and a mall with a movie theater (we did that twice!). The beach was not crowded and had places to eat right there on the sand. It was a truly a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation and I would recommend this condo to anyone who asks!

Charter Fishing

Loraine was wonderful in communicating with me prior to check in and shortly thereafter to make sure all was well. The condo was beautiful and the location is excellent as advertised. My 2 friends that also enjoyed the condo were very pleased as well. All of us are 65 plus with one friend being 77. We had charter fishing trips booked out of Murrells Inlet which is a short drive away. Even with bike week happening it took us only 15 minutes to get to the Marina. This not a negative but only an observation…the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if anyone has any physical challenges or breathing issues it may be difficult for them. Our group had no issues with the third floor walk up.

Our 3rd Wonderful Stay Here!

My family has used Lorraine's condo three times, and have enjoyed our stay each time. This is a very quiet area of Surfside. The condo is very generously stocked and so comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, silverware,etc. There's plenty of towels. The furniture is in great condition. This is a lovely, comfortable, peaceful place to stay, and Lorraine is an exceptional host. She responds immediately to any contacts and is very welcoming!

Surfside get a way

The place was awesome. The Manager was great and answered all our questions quickly. Place was clean and quite. It was a wonderfully relaxing time with friends. It was close to the beach and the event we were participating in.

The condo was perfect! It was clean, smelled good and had a lot of extras! It’s located within walking distance to the beach, pier, and several restaurants. The pool is so nice! We love the area and the complex and are committed to making your vacation a memorable experience. Why they chose this property

We visited the area in 2005 and fell in love. The following year we bought this condo. We love it because it's spacious, has a great pool and is so close to the beach. On top of everything the location is wonderful and the people I meet every year have been fantastic. I've also had the pleasure of meeting with several of my tenants who decided to move down permanently.
I love getting up in the morning and having my coffee outside on the terrace, walking on the beach or around the lake and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. I love going out and finding new places to eat every time I'm there and, of course, no trip would be complete without a day trip to Charleston. My place is perfect for families or couples who deserve a nice place to stay while they enjoy all that the Grand Strand has to offer. You work hard - you deserve a great vacation and that is my sincere wish to all that stay here!

What makes this property unique

The best things about my condo are:

1. The short distance to the beach.
2. Definitely the large pool and poolside area.
3. The spaciousness of the unit.
4. The quality of the neighborhood, beautiful and peaceful. (I love walking around the lake in the morning.
5. Plenty of parking
6. The location to all the shopping - Murrell's Inlet, Market Commons, downtown Myrtle and all the attractions are a short car ride away.
7. Only an hour and a half to Charleston or Wilmington for a day trip or quick getaway.
