Mid-Century Modern Charm Near Beach | Sleeps 6


Large and light, this Mid Century Modern home is tucked away in the beautiful hills of Palisades/Malibu. High ceilings throughout and windows galore. The home makes you feel like your living outdoors! This place is great for families and has a very open floor plan with a large kitchen, gorgeous angles throughout the home with updated appliances with easy access to the beach. We love to add special touches for our "little guests" to make them feel at home as well! We also have a guest house that is available for rent as well.
NOTE: This is a residential neighborhood so please be cognizant of outside noise in the evenings. No parties allowed. Long Term welcomed!
NOTE: We do have security cameras on the property, outside in the front of the house facing street

Wedding Weekend Retreat
Sarah was the most amazing host when we were in town for my son's wedding. Her beautiful home was the perfect place for a quiet escape from all gatherings! We all hope to stay again.

Great stay in the Sunset Mesa
Our family had a great stay at Sarah's home. Comfortable, quiet, sunny home with convenient access to Santa Monica, Palisades and Malibu. Some toys for the kids, plenty of beach towels, and breakfast goodies upon check-in. We look forward to coming back!

I started my investments in Minnesota and several years ago finally started to attain real estate out here. It eventually turned into hosting amazing guests like you, and has now become a business for me! I am a Mom to an amazing (almost) 8 year old daughter named Tirzah.
