Malibu Ocean view Getaway with large Windows. Come and relax at this beautiful retreat to get away from the busy city life. Enjoy the beach, the pool and wonderful downtown shopping area with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Completely Remodeled. 1 formal entry door to living. 3 bedrooms, 1 3/4 bath downstairs and 1 full bathroomwith tub upstairs. Spacious Living room. Large Master BR with large bonus walk-in dressing room area & an extra Bonus area! Washer & dryer in lower bathroom. Kitchen with all new modern appliances.

Other things to note

This condo has HOA, so guests need to follow rules and regulations, parking spots, pool rules, avoid noise and NO parties allowed. Otherwise GUEST will be subject to fines. When parking under the building make sure you park close to the wall on the left so the owner on the right has enough room to park their car. If this is not followed and a violation occurs, you will be responsible for the penalty fine.

Guests to avoid putting surfboards or personal items in the parking area, besides their car.

No food items in garbage disposal, it will clog easily. Do not remove sink drain strainer.

We have nothing negative to say about this place. The location, layout, all of it was truly great. The beds and bedding were some of the most comfortable we've slept in. Great spot, highly recommend!

The place is so nice and was very spacious for my group! The check in process was so easy! I felt more than welcomed and they even had a welcome basket filled with snacks and drinks. I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat! Can't recommend this place enough!!!

This stay was one of my best experiences in a rental. Communication from start to finish was on point. Good parking and very nice area! The rental itself is just beautiful!! Great long weekend in Malibu with friends!

two of my friends and I stayed here for a 4 night long weekend and couldn't have had a better time. I would definitely recommend renting a car (which we did through turo). There are restaurants and shops close by but not a great walking path and it's on a busy street. It was a great central location to the outdoor activities in the mountains/beaches of malibu and the beaches in Santa Monica. The pool on site was lovely and we used it almost every day we were there. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Exploring Malibu

We had the honor of being the first guests in this property! It was spotless upon arrival and exactly as described. Great location. We were there during a huge rainstorm which led to some problems. Rico could not have been more responsive and had a neighbor come help us! Problems were resolved quickly. Wish the weather had been nicer! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
