Completely Remodeled. 2 entry doors, 1 from attached garage to kitchen and1 formal entry door to living. 3 bedrooms, downstairs with large serene patio. 1 full bath downstairs and 1 powder bathroom upstairs. Spacious Living room. Large Master BR with large bonus walk-in dressing room area & an extra Bonus area! Laundry room separate with washer & dryer. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two bikes with locks are available on the first floor patio near the bbq.

Other things to note

This condo has HOA, so guests need to follow rules and regulations, parking spots, pool rules, avoid noise and NO party allowed. Otherwise GUEST will be subject to fines.When parking under the building make sure you park close to the wall on the left so the owner on the right has enough room to park their car. If this is not followed and a violation occurs, you will be responsible for the penalty fine.

Guests to avoid putting surfboards or personal items in the parking area, besides their car.

No food items in garbage disposal, it will clog easily. Do not remove sink drain strainer.

The location was great for food, shopping, beach, local hiking. We were able to walk mostly. The rooms were well equipped. Property manager was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any questions.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay! Clean and easy to accommodate and check in. Very convenient location as it is close to the beach and shops. Beds were comfy and even there isn’t central A/C we had a cool breeze in the bedrooms. The pool looked great but we were out and about so much we never used it. We will book again! Nice Family Weekend

Great experience with 6 adults! We were able to get to everything we wanted to see in Malibu within 15 minutes. Beautiful space (great kitchen) — the entire place was just very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fired up the grill at night and in the morning had coffee with a view of the ocean. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great place for the annual Malibu Triathlon

Very clean and modern. There were a lot of nice touches like water bottles by the bedside and a basket of goodies on the table. Only downsides are the stairs are steep (we had 70+ year olds) and there is a lot of freeway noise. But the hostess was amazing and worked with us on check in and out times! Definitely keeping this place in mind for next years triathlon!
