Why they chose this property
We are 1 mile to the BEST of BEACHES, yet in an area of farmland -- with horses, vineyards, lots of birds, and the moo-ing of cows in the distance.
We are at the end of a quiet dead end street with beautiful stone wall and lots of privacy. It is a residential, QUIET neighborhood.
A lovely 2. mile drive- following the coast - to NEWPORT center, the mansions, restaurants and the nightlife! A $10+- UBER ride
