Estuary views were excellent. A short walk away one can walk along the sound for a good distance.Kitchen was very well appointed. We cooked every day and were very happy with the kitchen and dishware.Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic stay. So spacious and nice. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Really close to cute shops in Tiverton. Only con was that there is no streaming on the TV (not a smart TV, blueray player requires wired internet connection - plan accordingly if you want or need to have TV!)
This was the perfect place to gather for a weekend with family. We enjoyed exploring this beautiful little town and walking to the beach. The home made our stay comfortable and right at home. We would plan another get-away here any day.
Place was nicely appointed. Gracious master b-room. Beautiful view of surrounding marshlands. Winery less than 2 miles away with truly delicious sampling. Could use a bigger more high def TV and my only peeve - no auto ice maker!
We enjoyed this rental in Little Compton. It is well appointed, perfect for a group of three who were attending a 2-day event on Aquidneck Island. We did not have a chance to go birding due to rain, but can appreciate that potential. We had a delicious brunch at a bakery Café in Tiverton, would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for all. Wish we had a little more toilet paper and paper towels, since grocery store not close by, but everything else was spot on.
First time staying in the area, and it was lovely. The home was very comfortable and had great views. Everything we needed. The cute town of Tiverton had shops and a great Parisian style cafe. We can’t wait to come back and check out more of the art scene. Thank you!
Great weekend retreat….. wish it had been a long weekend.
Very clean property. Listening to the birds on the porch and watching the rabbits in the yard was all the entertainment needed. We would book again.

Wonderful weekend
Great place to spend the weekend with girlfriends! Clean, comfy mattresses and nice kitchen with everything needed! Beautiful deck to sit for sunsets. Close to beach. Drive to Newport for shopping and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and clean. We did not find a key in the lockbox but were able to get in with the code. The splits were nice but a learning curve to get just the right temperature. The basement was very clean and a nice addition. Could be made better for couples with a larger bed and perhaps a twin or sleep sofa in outer room. As we were going to a wedding in Newport area and dressing up, a full length mirror in each room would have been wonderful! We enjoyed the sitting area off of the kitchen and the screened in porch! All in all, it was quite comfortable, clean, and pretty!!
We were in town for a family reunion in Westport and this was just a short 12 minute drive from the location. This fit my family of four and my parents wonderfully for the weekend. The house is lovely, comfortable and has beautiful views of the river and the marshlands. You do need to know that there are steep stairs inside and out, but everything is very safe. Well appointed kitchen and very comfy beds. Don't worry about bringing a book on vacay as they have fantastically stocked bookshelves. Make sure to go shopping ahead of time as there is nothing close by for groceries and don't forget your own shampoo and soap. LOVELY STAY!

Little Compton
The location was gorgeous, the home and living situation was great. It was easy to get in and out. I give it at five.
The house is amazing, and the views are spectacular! Two points to bring up. The request was made to throw in a load of laundry before we left, however, no detergent was provided. Luckily, we brought some with us, and secondly, the Keurig did not work.

Peaceful Labor Day Weekend
The house was exceptionally clean and hassle free. Everything worked great. The kitchen had nice appliances, cookware, glassware, basic spices, etc. We didn't end up using the 3rd bedroom, but it is a great option if traveling with two separate families/couples. We spent most of our time at nearby beaches. However, there is plenty to do in the area. Great house. Recommended. Thanks!
The house is located on a quiet dead-end street in a residential neighborhood, a short walk from the town boat launch on the Sakonnet River. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable and has a nice view of the marsh and the river, especially from the screened porch and upstairs balcony. The porch would be very pleasant in warmer weather. Birders' Paradise lived up to its name. Even in late February, songbirds were abundant in the yard and flocks of geese, ducks and gulls could be seen in the marsh. We enjoyed walking a short loop down the stony beach to the outlet of Almay Brook and back through the marsh to another road. The house is very convenient to Tiverton Four Corners.
Let me tell you, the pictures on the listing do no do this place any justice! The VIEW from this house out onto the marshland/bay is SPECTACULAR! The house was pristine. It almost felt like we were staying in a hotel!
When we put our little one down to sleep, my husband and I would relax out on the enclosed porch or the sitting area attached to the master bedroom, and watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine. You can barely hear any of the neighbors or even see them. It’s like you’re on your own little oasis.
We will for sure be coming back to this location in the near future. It almost has us moving back to Rhode Island.
Highly recommend this location to anybody!
