The Space:

This recently updated cottage is a 2-bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 8) located directly across the street from the beach. It has been fully updated and includes a dining area, living room, master en sute with a queen bed, second bedroom has 1 queen bed and twin bunk. In the courtyard, you have a charcoal grill, Adirondak chairs and picnic table for enjoying some time outside relaxing. There is private parking on site for up to 2 cars, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. This property is just 100 yards from the public beach access. Within walking distance is 6 restaurants, 3 retail shops, mini golf, gas station, and a liquor store. Okaloosa island is the last hidden gem on Florida's Emerald Coast.

Guest Access:

When you park on the west side of the Beach Weekend units, you will enter through the white gate, and you are the first door with the number 2 on it.



The Neighborhood:

Beach access is just down the sidewalk lined road about a 3-minute walk.

The VPS airport is approximately 15-20 drive from the cottage.
