About this property

Large apartment - child friendly - Pets Allowed - very good quality

Large (130 sqm) child-friendly apartment in a detached thatched house on the edge of the marsh. Quiet residential area, partly residential street. The apartment is on the entire first floor and has a separate entrance. There are two other apartments in the house (including another apartment).
There is a big garden for common use to garden table with 4 chairs for each apartment available. Two great bikes, a bobby car, a buggy and a large carts are available for our guests.

The living area is very spacious and open plan to the gable, freestanding fireplace in the middle, large sitting area, dining table, 2 additional sofa beds, flat screen TV (satellite) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher and large electric oven. In the bathroom there is a washer and dryer. Separated from the kitchen by a room divider is the double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers etc. For children there is a separate children's room with two beds, a cot and toys. Stairs and windows are specially protected.
Pets are welcome on request gladly.

Rates: in the rental price for the first week is the cleaning fees included (by law). Therefore, the daily prices from. 8 Day significantly lower: season 59, - €, low season 90, - €, season 99, - €.

Tolle Woche und gemütlicher Wohnung

Sehr schöne, gemütliche, großzügige Ferienwohnung die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders positiv war für uns das separate, gut ausgestattete Kinderzimmer. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt! Das einzige negative war das wir aus dem Inserat nicht herausgelesen haben das Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht mit inbegriffrn sind. Hier hat uns die liebenswerte Uschi unkompliziert ausgeholfen ;)

Es tat gut in dieser familiären Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Mit ein wenig Rücksicht auf alle Menschen die Im Haus leben gelang alles gut. Diese Insel ist für Familien wunderbar. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Insellage

Wir waren wirklich begeistert von dieser rustikal und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, von Midlum aus ist man überall sehr schnell und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.
