#You will find the apartment in direct beach location, in the midst of a very well-kept park complex of the luxurious residential complex White Pearl Beach II in the popular resort of Elviria Playa-Marbella. The clear, well-maintained complex is located directly on the beach, only the dunes and a footpath separate them from the sea.

The apartment was renovated at the end of 2014 from scratch, the kitchen is newly furnished (washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker and dishes / glasses / pots are available). The living / dining room is fully furnished with dining area (6 pers.) And a spacious sitting area (possibly for 1 person as a bed, but not extendable iS a sofa bed). Next there is a TV with all German programs. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A bathroom with shower / WC was renovated and modern designed, the other bathroom (bath / WC / bidet) partially renewed. The spacious terrace (partially covered) offers the whole day untroubled sunshine, the sea view is an unforgettable experience. Parking is available around the complex 'White Pearl Beach' in sufficient quantities. The beach can be reached by foot in two minutes (about 50 m). Here are numerous beach restaurants with chairs and umbrellas, the nearest ('Perla Blanca') is about 100 meters away.

The beautiful urbanization Elviria is located 10 km north of Marbella and 35 minutes drive (45 km) from Malaga airport. The infrastructure of Elvirias is excellent, so the resort is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) numerous bars, restaurants and shopping.

Last but not least, this region is very popular with many golfers because of the numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity. The famous Santa Maria Golf & Country Club with two challenging 18-hole courses is about 10 minutes away by car. The tennis court of the Don Carlos Hotel and a renowned fitness club ('Romana Gym') are within walking distance.

With its very pleasant climate, the holiday region around Marbella is one of the most popular in southern Spain. It is ideal for leisure activities such as golf and tennis games or for extended hiking tours in the hinterland, especially outside the summer season.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen und gepflegten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super, mit nur ein paar Schritten ist am Strand. Einzig die Öffnungszeiten des Pools fand ich etwas kurz, da zumindest meine Kinder am Abend gern noch gebadet hätten, dies aber nur bis 20 Uhr möglich war. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war reibungslos, auf Afragen wurde unverzüglich reagiert und auch vor Ort gab es eine Ansprechpartnerin, die bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
