Large two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The apartment overlooks the tropical gardens of White Pearl beach from its large east facing terrace. The living room has an ample seating area and dining table. the kitchen has all comforts needed.



The location could not be better just a couple of steps away from the beach of Elviria and a short walk to the commercial area of Elviria. Marbella is a ten minute drive by car and the airport in Málaga a 30 minute drive.



White Pearl beach Elviria has immaculate tropical gardens with ponds and three pools; a laguna shaped main pool, a rectangular heated pool and a children's pool. Furthermore the complex has 24 hour security on site. The apartment has an underground parking spot and parking in front of the entrance.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location we had a great 2 weeks here , if we were to rebook for next year the bathrooms would have to be improved and there were no bath mats and the towels and pillows very poor which all need updating!

The apartment is ideally situated within the grounds of the beautiful complex.

Lovely stay and would book again. The apartment has started to be updated with a lovely well equipped kitchen. Parts of the property are tired with lounge curtain pulls not properly working and some plug points and lamps damaged or not working. Some chips to furniture. No patio furniture cushions were provided which was disappointing. Because the booking system etc was highly efficient it left us on guard as to what we might have been held responsible for and so we photographed and got recorded in advance. The complex and pools are fab and such short access to beach and shops, restaurants ideal. On the patio some areas have sunk creating a trip hazard or risk of stubbing one’s toes a simple mortar fillet would solve this temporarily. Overall a lovely spacious apartment we would happily visit again. Next time please supply an oven glove.

Wij hebben een super leuke week gehad in het verblijf van Reinier in Elveria. Het strand is een paar minuten lopen. Er zijn mooie zwembaden en tuin direct bij het appartement en er zijn winkels en restaurants op loopafstand van Het appartement in Elveria en op het strand. Wij waren met 4 personen en een baby, dat ging helemaal goed. Ontvangst ging perfect en zouden graag een keertje terug komen! Een echte aanrader

La amplitud del apartamento. La cocina nueva con todo el equipamiento completo estupenda. La calidad de la urbanización. La terraza amplia con vistas al jardín. El relajante sonido del agua. La cercanía a la playa. Los colchones son algo viejos. Las cortinas no cierran del todo bien. Cuando llegamos una habitación estaba sin hacer pero vinieron las limpiadoras rápido a arreglarlo.
