## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the Goutte d'Or and Montmartre districts. The latter is one of the highest buttes in Paris and the view from the summit is worth the trip. The Church of the Sacré-Coeur, Bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the district of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is thus very contrasting, integrating ethnic islets into a bourgeois sector or vice versa. The Boulevard de Clichy, near the Place Pigalle, has many very nice cafés and bars, giving the area a certain dynamism and respectability.
