A very small studio in a very good location.

The owners live next door and are very friendly and helpfu.. This place is for one person or a couple. It is very small, even by standards for studio apartments. Basically, it’s living/bedroom/kitchen in one space and a toilet/shower room. The only thing missing in terms of amenities was a television, but I used my iPad to livestream a number of channels, including some in English. Three metro stops are about a 10-minute walk from the apartment building. There are a number of restaurants not far away. It is a short walk to rue Mouffetard which is a wonderful pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars.

A new arrondissement

I’ve been to Paris many times over the years, but always on the right bank and in a 5th floor walk up. I loved the studio and Idris’s wonderful hosting, and the fact that there were two elevators with one always available when I needed one. I spent my few days visiting parts of the city I’d not been to. Having my cozy studio to come home to after a day of exploring was wonderful!

Kurztrip Paris

Die Lage war perfekt, kurzer Weg zur Metro, interessante Umgebung. Das Appartement war sehr eng, aber es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen (z.Bsp. Frühstück). Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, der Gastgeber wohnte gleich nebenan und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

Paris Gem

My daughter and I stayed here on a two day stop in Paris. This is an outstanding property! 1. Iris (owner) is extremely easy to work with. 2. Unit is small (US standards) but very clean and had everything you could need. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable. The French balcony was cute and there were nice views. 3. Neighborhood felt very safe and was an easy walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Paris!! Thank you Idris for sharing your home :)
