Beach Pleeze - Gulf-Front 2-BDRM Townhome in PCB

A very unique property. Imagine walking out of your living room one second, and directly onto the expansive beach, the next.

The two-level townhouse is spacious and accommodating, but also cozy and comfortable. And no matter where you’re at, your eyes are drawn uncontrollably to the glorious colors beyond the glass doors. Funky and casual, the décor and furnishings are as unique as the location.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom, king, has a private bath, TV, and a private balcony with views of you-know-what. Nice! The guest room, queen, is nearby. Plus, the living room has a full sleeper-sofa.

Entire building was renovated in 2019.

We’re excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is small and locally owned. Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We’re open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. Our office is within 10 miles of this home, so we’re right down the street, and happy to head your way!

The beach view was fabulous. We could walk right out the not the soft white sand. Our place was very clean, cozy, and safe. It is a very family friendly place. We will definitely be back to stay. The host was amazing.

We loved Beach Pleeze! It was so clean and included everything we needed to start our vacation. Daily chair service during our stay was a nice perk. We'll definitely consider staying here again or another property managed by Oversee!

This was my 1st time visiting Panama City beach and using Vrbo. I'm soooo glad I picked an Oversee managed property for stay. It was clean, well stocked and the oversee staff was extremely responsive from the 1st day of my visit my departure. The property is located right on the beach. I'm planning a return trip already. We had a wonderful time at Beach Pleeze. It was one of the most well stocked places I have ever stayed and was decorated beautifully.

The location of the home was excellent! Wonderful beach access. Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the home especially with my the primary bedroom bedding. We have shared the cleanliness issues with Oversee in hopes for future improvements.
