Great on the beach property

The beach house was very clean and had easy access to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. All bedrooms are upstairs and this might be challenging for those who have difficulty with stairs. The host is very gracious and answered all my text messages promptly.

Great Beach House

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beach house. Very convenient with little children and just being steps away from the ocean. House was very clean and property management was excellent. Would answer phone calls and emails promptly. Our family will definitely stay here again.

Very cute and clean

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect to the beach - very short and easy walk, and you can see the ocean from the main floor and the master bedroom. Decor is very cute and tasteful, everything was clean except for mold in master shower in places you don't stand/walk. Note that it's a duplex, which never was an issue for us. Would have liked a more comfortable master bed, but it's typical for a rental. We came during spring break season, so the beach was very busy but I wouldn't say it was toooo crowded. There were more amenities than listed, I guess from prior renters. It was a nice surprise to find boogie boards and two beach chairs, for example. Would definitely recommend!

My husband is a retired Coca Cola bottling manager and I retired from tHe state of Alabama in education and was a teacher, principal and and served last as assistant superintendent of education for Pike County Schools. After we retired back in 1989 we bought rental property in Troy which is a college town. So we have in a nutshell been in the residential and commercial rental business for over 30 years. In addition, we now own and manage our four beach front properties in beautiful Panama City Beach Florida. We take our responsibility to provide quality property very seriously and will do what we can to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. This property was used as our personal beach house until July 27, 2017. Please read some of our reviews which BTW are mostly Perfect Five Stars.

Why they chose this property

We love the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and the fact that we are still close to 30A and Pier Park. The location is perfect and it is so nice being right on the gulf side with no busy streets to cross and no elevators to wait on. We love sitting on the back balconies watching our grandchildren play in the water and on the squeaky Snow White sand. We love the fact that there is so much space on the main level. There is a half bath and storage and the remaining approximate 1250 sq ft is all open from kitchen, dining.and living room. Then from the living area you have the 10 by 29 ft balcony that leads right down to the beach. The remaining approximate 1200 sq ft is on the home’s second level which has the three bedrooms and two baths and laundry room. This upper level leads to 10 by 29 ft balcony with unbelievable views of the gulf and the beach. This property is fully furnished with high quality furnishings

Beach Side Beautiful Gulf Front house, Master suite has king bed with gulf views and a private 10’ by 29’ gulf front balcony. The second bedroom has beautiful queen poster bed, Bedroom 3 has king bed and new mattress. The living room has two Queen sleeper sofas and One love seat suitable for child to sleep on.

10' by 30 ' balcony.

The gulf front home has been recently renovated with new decks, new railings, new hardie siding, new windows new paint and new pavers. We think it is absolutely beautiful inside and outside and ate so blessed and thankful to own such a rare property right on the beach. Also new appliances and mostly new furnishings.
