I was born in France and educated in both England and Japan, my primary states of residency have been Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina in the United States. My travels included many trips to the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America and the middle and western United States. My travel list is currently "incomplete". I love to travel and I love comfortable pretty environments!
As a military brat I was raised mostly aboard and on the east coast. Thus, I have a great deal of travel miles under my belt. Through my travels I have almost always been fortunate enough to have found myself in a comfortable place to stay.. These experiences along with the open door policy of my family, have provided me with positive memories and a promise to maintain the same philosophies when I consider my guests.
I love both the excitement and entertainment of the city and the laid back, rural country life. But, it is the small town living that attracts me the most. Almost always I see a true reflection of American life in the comradery and the creativity that abound in a small town. Small town USA seems to be of great beauty to me.
I have been recognized with both State and National Congressional Awards for my business and entrepreneurial skills. My education includes Temple University, and Towson University as an accounting major . I developed a successful Accounting Firm, which serviced primarily equestrian clients along the East Coast. Participated and received awards in the American Equestrian League and announced at various Equestrian Shows. When I relocated and proudly declared South Carolina my state of residency, the Accounting Firm became under the ownership of my daughter.
With a new sense of adventure I pursued my current career which also includes, "you guessed it", more travel. Travel, whether for business or pleasure can be made so much more enjoyable knowing that your destination is both comforting and welcoming.
