Less than 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, this home has the both the vintage charm of early 20th century living with modern amenities to make your stay both comfortable and worthwhile. The property offers heating and AC on main floor. Upstairs attic floor acts as a third bedroom with queen bed and additional space and furniture to relax. -House sits on land totaling over 4 acres. Much of the land is wooded and older structures remain on the property. This includes a cabin and original outhouse from 1907 (neither functional :). Occasionally deer will camp out in the wooded areas, but rarely near the house unless they see some flowers they'd like to munch on.
-The detached garage on site has been converted to storage space but there is plenty of parking in the lawn area or driveway. One exception is above septic tank which sits opposite of shrub area inside lawn.
-Midway to Greenville (8-10 minute drive) from home is popular Powdersville area. Good dining is nearby, with restaurants such as Kolache Factory, Antonio's Pizza, Reuben's, Coastal Cafe and Creamery, Shane's Rib Shack and Tropical Smoothie. Main strip includes Chick-Fil-A, McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's , etc. as well. Grocery includes Aldi, Walmart and Ingles.
-St. Francis Hospital in Greenville is about the same distance as Greenville Memorial (15 minutes). Baptist Easley hospital and Powdersville urgent care are both about a 10 minute drive from the house.
-Clemson University is about a 30 minute drive if you're in for a game. Rideshare service is active in the area and many drivers like to visit Clemson to cash in on game crowds. Furman University and Greenville Tech are both around 20-25 min away.
