This modern furnished 20th floor condo offers direct access to the beach and all the comforts and feels of a luxury stay. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The ocean front master bedroom has a king-sized bed, floor to ceiling glass windows looking directly at the beach and ocean with private access to the balcony. The bayside bedroom accommodates 4 guests with 2 luxurious queen beds. All beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses. Mattress and pillow protectors are changed with every stay. The L-shaped couch in the living room converts to a queen size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements.

All linens, beach and shower towels are provided, including spare linens for the sofa bed. The 2 bathrooms and AC unit were renovated 2023.

The unit includes two flat screen smart TVs with Comcast cable, private high-speed internet (password in the unit), a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen (renovated in 2022), separate dining area, desk space and plenty of board games. The family room faces the ocean with floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony... a perfect place to enjoy your afternoon cocktail before heading out for the evening.

Other things to note: Nothing is worse than getting to your vacation spot and realize you forgot something. We got you! The kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is easy. We provide spices, coffee, filters, tea and some condiments. Each bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, paper products for few days, first aid kit and few other items you may need. We provide 2 beach mats with an umbrella and few beach toys.

Resort Amenities: The Golden Sands Condominiums is a family-oriented building with 24 hours concierge. This resort style building offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave or worry about the weather. All year-round indoor amenities are located on the 22nd floor and include a ball room, an indoor pool, a sauna, a fitness center, a sky lighted atrium (moon room) and a fun-filled game room.

Outdoor amenities include direct access to the beach, 2 outdoor pools, a half-acre recreation deck with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a beach bar/grille and a Tiki bar (where sometimes features live music). Paddleball, tennis and volleyball courts are located next to the recreation deck. Along the deck is a promenade of shops including a sandwich shop, an ice cream parlor, a convenience store and gift shop.

Games: Golden Sands reception provides games, tennis rackets, balls against $5 refundable deposit.

Area: The Golden Sands condominium is located midway between the Ocean City Expressway just two miles to the south for easy access to the mainland and the state line only two-and-a-half miles north for days of duty-free shopping in Delaware. Close by, shop at the Gold Coast Mall, catch the latest blockbuster at the Fox Theater, or dine at numerous restaurants and casual eateries up and down Coastal Highway. Located within 30 minutes of Tanger Outlets with over 130 brand name outlet stores in Delaware, the home of tax-free shopping.
Parking Notes: There is one assigned parking spot, #251. Guests must register and obtain a parking pass at the reception for $50. The parking pass must be displayed in the vehicle at all times or your vehicle will be towed.

Additional parking passes may be obtained at check-in (at front desk), and are $15 each. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available during busy periods but worth checking.
