(Additional Car Parking is $15 per day on a first come first serve basis). This property rents Saturday to Saturday in-season. No Pets. No smoking & No vaping is prohibited on balconies and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine of $200. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
