Half bath on main floor with full size washer and dryer. Living room with 50" internet-connected TV. Dining room with seating for 6. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: master with queen size mattress, one with a full size mattress, and one with a twin bed with trundle. Upstairs bath contains a large walk-in shower. Why they chose this property
This house is 160 years old and was built to house workers from a mill that used to be across the street. The mill burned down and in its place is now a beautiful riverfront park with a playground, a basketball court, a soccer field and walking paths.

It is centrally located between Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. Only 1/2 mile from an entrance to 395, either casino and beaches can be reached within minutes.
