Detached house with access via external steps from the road, on the ground floor, comprising a living room-kitchen, a lounge (pellet stove with manual recharging), a bathroom (shower and WC), 3 bedrooms ( 3 double beds 140x190 cm), a bedroom without opening to the outside (2x2 single bunk beds 80x190 cm), a 2nd bathroom (shower and 2 sinks), separate WC. Terrace and land. Private parking for 4 passenger cars. Detached house on the heights of Queige (4.5 km), along the road to the Col de la Forclaz, surrounded by meadows and wooded meadows. Very beautiful unobstructed view of the Beaufortain massif. Pleasant cottage with its lounge separate from the living room. Beautiful south-facing wooden terrace. Supermarket with service station open all year round in Villard sur Doron, 11 km away. In Queige, public charging station for electric cars and grocery store/bar/restaurant (opening varies depending on periods). Between Albertville at 12 km and the village of Beaufort at 15 km, the location of this cottage allows you to discover the Beaufortain massif in all seasons. In winter, downhill skiing or cross-country skiing in Arêches (20 km) or Beaufort (15 km), authentic villages known for its eponymous cheese, or in Les Saisies 26 km away (Nordic area with 120 km of cross-country and skating trails). ) with snowshoe routes. In summer, marked hikes including the GR Tour du Beaufortain departing from the cottage, Queige lake 4.5 km away with tennis and fishing. Many beautiful hikes to mountain lakes.
