Studio completely refurbished by an architect at the end of 2022 with quality materials.

The studio is located at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi, in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and therefore less than 5 minutes walk from the city centre.

Guests also have access to free covered parking and a ski locker in the building. Linen is included in the rental.

This studio can ideally accommodate 2 people (160x190 double bed) and up to 4 people (190x90 retractable double bed).

Autonomous access to the apartment thanks to a keybox, or with the person in charge of arrivals and departures.

The studio is fully equipped so that you can spend a comfortable stay:

- Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, extractor hood, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine etc.

- bathroom also renovated, bath, shower, washing machine, hair dryer...

And various and equipment such as TV, dining table, individual radiator, many optimised storage spaces...

The studio benefits from a nice unobstructed view of the Chamonix Valley and its mountains!

Appartamento posizionato perfettamente in base a quelle che erano le nostre esigenze. Famiglia di 4 persone: 2 bambini e 2 adulti. L’appartamento di piccole dimensioni, moderno e con tutte le comodità Lavatrice non funzionante e letto a castello di difficile utilizzo per 2 bambini (nessuna protezione in dotazione) Utilissimi e forniti gli accessori della casa. Nel complesso siamo rimasti contenti. Consiglio di aggiungere nella descrizione della casa che le auto sopra 1:85 centimetri non possono parcheggiare nel parcheggio messo a disposizione. Avendo un baule sopra la macchina l’ho dovuto smontare e lasciare in altro appartamento di amici che avevano un balcone.
